Good location

We had to wait a while to be seen to check in. We were then told our room wasnt ready so we were "Ugraded" to a villa with Pool access. The Villa was dated and really needs the wood re-varnished as it is tatty. Room service failed to clean our room and change towels on our second day. There are only a few villas with pool access (about 4-5) and they share one large pool. We were not very happy the second day we arrived when a family with two youg children arrived in the next Villa and were jumping and screaming in the pool. This seriously ruined the romantic, peaceful and relaxing part!!! They should leave these Villas for couples!! Hotel Restaurant is extremely expensive. Staff werent very helpful and toilet broke in Villa on second day! All in all this is not good value for money. Before we upgraded we paid £160 a night for Deluxe room with plunge pool and that was very expensive but the upgrade to the very poor Villa we had would actually cost £220 a night which is way too much and I would not recomend paying this. Briza was so much better

We stayed in a plunge pool villa and it was just beautiful. The facilities at this hotel were excellent and staff very friendly. The breakfast was amazing also.

It is a little out of the way from the main area of Chaweng. It is perfect for those that like quiet though.

Simply wonderful. The services are extraordinary and the staff with his kindness make you fill a real guest not a customer.

Probably the front beach needed more care.

Located in the quiet northern end of Chaweng, there are facilities around and a 10 baht 5 min trip to the centre of Chaweng, however definately walkable, perhaps 10-15 mins. Great breakfast, lovely plunge pool.

Wasnt what i expected for the amount we paid.

Privacy of the room and general facilities. We liked the plunge pool and outside sitting area. The views from the bar and Ocean Kiss restaurant were amazing. Also we had a meal at Sky Hug and that was fantastic. The staff we had dealings with were very helpful and pleased to assist, especially the concierge and 'bell boy' who was happy to give advice on what to do and what to be careful of.

Shower pressure was a bit weak and would have been nice to be offered fill up of coffee at breakfast in the morning - it seemed as though the staff were a bit stretched at the breakfast servings!

Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve elinden geleni yapıyor. Yeni bölümünün içi güzel , Pahalı deniz manzaralı suitleri balayı çiftleri için mükemmel ancak eskimiş..

Tesisin vilları eski ve bakımsız. Süs havuznda yılan bile gördük... belki 10 yıl önesinin en iyi balayı ve deniz kıyısı oteliydi ama şu anda tesis yenilenmeye muhtaç. Ayrıca tesisteki çok az oda deniz manzaralı . hepsi bahçe içinde ve bir yeri görmeyen kasvetli odalardan oluşuyor.Plajı kısa ve denizi kayalıklı . Ancak bu durum tüm changrai otelleri için böyle , ancak adada zaten yinede en hareketli bölge burası , diger lamai ve nathon gibi bölgelerden bophut' u tavsiye ederim. Zira daha lüks ve fishermans village gibi bir artısı var. diğer tüm bölgeler vasat. bu yüzden yinede gece hayatı ve alışveriş imkanları en iyi bölge . Ayrıca bu otelin bulunduğu chaweng merkezine tek yönde kaldığı için merkeze gidiş kolay dönüş zor. yani sapa bir noktada , taksile ring atmak zorunda kaldıklarından 200 bahttan aşağıya taşıma yapmıyorlar. Lüks takıntısı olmayanlar merkezdeki Ark Bar ın otel kısmına ( suit olursa daha iyi ) gitsinler .. otelden çıkmam diyenlere tavsiye ederim ama dediğim gibi havuzlu villada kalmamıza rağmen ben pek tutmadım 5 gece için 3500 lira ödedim ama beni pek tatmin etmedi ...

Le personnel est toujours a notre service, ce qui est normal pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous avions apprecie que l'hôtel nous mette a disposition une avec bassin prive avant de prendre notre vol. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varie et de bonne qualité, dommage que les fruits soient encore trop jeunes, pas assez sucre (mangues et ananas par exemple)

L'attente au snack le midi, manque de personnel, ce qui mous a decourage de diner aux trees top

En general todo muy bien, la habitación con piscina muy bien, es un buen hotel si lo que quieres es descansar y desconectar.

Falta algo de mantenimiento, pero esto es algo general en los hoteles en asia.

酒店的设计感很好，很独特的中国风情。酒店位置不错，从机场做minibus就可以到达，省去出租车费用。- 酒店服务员很亲切。都是小型别墅，上下两层，每层一个房间。房间很大，浴室有一个很大的方形浴缸。床有蚊帐- ，在苏梅岛拥有一个蚊帐床，是保证良好睡眠的重要条件。房间的阳台很棒。值得推荐的是酒店的餐饮，无论早餐- ，还是沙滩自助晚餐，都是很好的选择。

酒店的泳池相对小，我们的房间阳台朝向外部，偶尔会受到汽车和摩托车噪声的轻微干扰。相对其他豪华酒店，s- pa性价比不很高，。
