Good value for money. 10 minutes walk to the centre. Very quiet, nice garden.
The staffs English was quite poor.
Staff were lovely. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel for the day after our checkout time. Location was nice and quiet, a little far from the night market but other sights nearby.
Double room was two single beds pushed together.
Big room nicely furnished with garden view Quiet location Very clean
Location little bit off the centre Only one english speaking staff Mosquito net would be a good idea
The room was spacious and beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. Plus, the sweet girl at the front desk spoke great English and helped us find a place to eat and a hotel for the next night (since Villa Orange sadly wasn't available).
Nice reasonably spacious room overlooking delightful little garden - an oasis in a busy part of the city. Wonderfully helpful manager. Nice breakfast, good choice, helpful with special diet
Nothing really -- it's a bit of a walk from the old city but only 5 mins or so
Huge comfortable en-suite room with a balcony, lovely garden and good breakfast. Location is good and peaceful and all of Chang Mai is within easy walking distance. Excellent helpful staff - great value and a great place to stay
very clean. nice decoration. private balcony.
very clean and spacious rooms, lovely courtyard, friendly & helpful staffs. almost perfect.
the only defect is the site is next to streets with endless motobikes…
the hotel is near the ariport and convenient, the living room and washroom is big and nice and clean.
all is good.
the hotel as such was very nice and the people working there accomodated us very well, they cooked food for our baby, the helped us around and did everything to make our stay good! the hotel is spacious and so is the big room that we had.
there is no restaurant as described. this was one of the reasons why we booked it, due to our baby. you can have basic breafast. since there is hardly anything touristic around, we had to walk far to get take away food or eat in town. it seems there is only two staff working, so we did not want to inquire too much, since the staff did not have a single break in two weeks that we spend there. shower is not good. the location is quite loud, far outside. we needed to spend hours in transport - Chiang Mai has a very high air polution, that was not pleasant.
everything was perfect smiling staff amazing rooms for that price !!
reception was not open at 7am, we needed to check out so had to leave the money on the desk...
Nice Woman who is running the hotel - very friendly and helpful. Also they have a very goog and large sitting facility on their roof terrace.
Reception is very poorly covered at evening hours!
Clean Good staff Ideal when coming from, or going to the airport. And close enough to the town. We didn't need a tuktuk to go downtown.
Nothing worth mentioning.
It's a really good experience for me. Service is better than some 5 star hotel.
Location is not that good as I expected. But it's still okay.
