Hotel Vista  

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Welcome drinks very much appreciated. Interior style was nice.

My biggest problem with the hotel was the clientele, that unfortunately reflected the sex tourism in Pattaya. So this is not a romantic resort. Also, bathroom was a bit dirty and there were many ants in room.

Wonderful. The rooms are nicely designed. They got rid of the ants. The last time I stayed there were ants everywhere. We've even got an upgraded room. WiFi was reasonably fast. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Small modern boutique hotel.

Good service

I don't like the a la cart food I order.it's not nice .the fried rice are very wet.the soup are poor .prefer the breakfast.

i like the service of the hotel.

Staff were very nice, very welcoming and upgraded my room to suite which was superb. Greatly enjoyed the stay and hope to be back.

The only issue was there were many mosquitos in the room (balcony door was slightly ajar) but this was improved when staff came to spray.

situated very near to sea beach staff if very much co-operative, price is good etc.

Travelling with an elder child the two room suite was ideal.

Drunken Eastern Europens who would arrive late in the night and sit up shouting at each other till 6 in the morning. The walls do not sheild you from noisy guests and loud televisions. Not the hotels fault but security could have done more to prevent such behaviour on their patrols. The hotel may not be suitable for families with younger children.

Friendly stuff, nice clean rooms, nice pool and design.

location is far from beach and active areas.

The hotel had good thinking by providing 2 the customer what ever he like

breakfast was mix of american and thai kitchen.

there were small insects around our room (top floor), so we used our own bug spray almost everyday.

Hotellet är fräscht. Det var modernt och rummet var bra. Frukostbuffén var mycket bra. Dessutom hade dem grillafton med en massa läckerheter. Personalen var professionell, och servicen utmärkt. Hotellet ligger bra till, med hyfsat lite trafik. Dock kom det en del bussar sent om kvällarna med turister.

Sängen på rummet var långt ifrån vad som förväntas av ett hotell i detta segment. Den var hård och obekväm.
