An absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely rooms, amazing grounds, stunning pool. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The couple managing it are amazing. So incredibly friendly and helpful. "Smiley" definitely lives up to his name, I can honestly say I have never experienced a worker at a hotel put himself out for guests so much and always with an incredible genuine smile.

NOT a hotel, its a homestay so no hotel facilities but Good price. EXCELLENT service from Smiley and his friend. Smiley made our stay awesome. He is a first class Thai man. He went out of his way to make us happy and make us feel comfortable. My girlfriend was sick and he bought her fresh fruit and gave her medicine, offered to go to the pharmacy or even drive her to the hospital if she did not get better. Pool had some leaves etc in it but no chlorine which we loved, and was cleaned daily. We were upgraded to a bungalow Which was beautifully decorated Thai style. Beautiful gardens and 2 nice pools. Away from the city and noise and pollution but 10min walk to a shopping centre and food places. Night markets on Mon and Tue in the shopping centre. Tuk Tuk to the city was 200 Bhat. We would definatley come back, Smiley is the man! Wifi only worked near the lobby

La villa es muy linda, tipicamente tailandesa. Una curiosidad para los que estamos acostumbrados a decoraciones mas europeas o latinas. Se destaca la muy buena atencion de Smile, el encargado. Siempre predispuesto a ayudar. Buena limpieza de las habitaciones. Buen aire acondicionado, Si bien Smile pone toda su buena predisposicion, el desayuno contratado aparte no está bien organizado.Faltaría un menú basico de desayuno y en todo caso pedirle lo que adicionalmente uno acostumbra a comer. El parque es muy lindo, pero le falta brillo.No es que este sucio, pero no se luce en todo lo que es.

Smiley is het enige personeel baas die er nooit is laat alles aan hem over hij doet zeer zijn best en wil overal mee helpen huisje ziet er goed en schoon uit bed is goed je kan op elk moment bij de recepie waar nooit iemandzit kan je gewoon koffie en thee zetten grstis goede service De afstand nasr centrum we hadden scooter gehuurd dus dan valt het mee ongeveer kwartier rijden het zwembad is zonder gloor wat ook soms minder schoon is het is daar zo super stil dat er weinig mensen in zwemmen en de 2 zwembadjes zijn best leuk om af te koelen

Приятный и спокойный гест хаус с очень дружелюбным персоналом. Много зелени и 2 бассейна. Доступные цены. 15 мин пешком от огромного торгового комплекса. с кучей местных вкусняшек :-). В целом, отличное, тихое и уютное место для проведения отдыха. Слабый напор воды в душе. Довольно далеко от города. Кинг сайз бэд из двух сдвинутых кроватей (не удобно, если вы понимаете о чем я.. :-). )

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, l'aide et les conseils de Monsieur Smily. Le cadre tranquille et verdoyant permet de s'éloigner du centre de Chiangmai pour la nuit. Ambiance familiale et bons conseils chaleureux.

Die überaus große Freundlichkeit des Personals in ruhiger, natürlicher und gepflegter Lage, wenngleich "weit weg vom Schuß". Entgegen der Beschreibung von Booking.com akzeptiert das Hotel keine Zahlung mit Karten (VISA etc.), es hat auch kein eigenes Restaurant und liegt schon gar nicht im Zentrum von Chiang Mai.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit zwei Naturpools. Bietet sich wunderbar an auch für Ausflüge in die nahegelenen Naturparks und Berge. Es ist ratsam mit einem Mietwagen anzureisen, da die Anlage etwas außerhalb liegt. Zum Zentrum Chiang Mai geht es über eine stark befahrerene Hauptstraße etwa 10 Min. mit dem PKW. Alles in Allem etwas Abseits vom Stadtrummel. Aufgrund der Wegbeschreibung war die Anlage leider sehr schwer zu finden. Die Anschrift wurde vom Navigationssystem nicht erkannt. In einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe war man sehr hilfsbereit und hat dort angerufen, und der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter "Smiley" hat uns dann schließlich abgeholt

Vivacity Home was in een rustige locatie met zeer veel groen, slechts 15 minuten van de oude stad Chiang Mai. De kamer waren op een sfeervolle manier op zijn Thais ingericht. Het was niet het gebruikelijke, impersonneel touristen hotel, het was een aparte en charmante hotel met mooie natuur. Er waren twee mooie eco zwenbaden, een met waterfal. S'avonds kom je de kikkers horen en er liepen geckos op de muren. Er waren ook veel vogels. Het is aan te bevelen aan mensen die van natuur en charme willen genieten.

Generally a nice resort. Staff were extremly friendly and obliged to help with any issues. Nice for a short retreat. 15-20min drive from main city. Not much to do around the area. Not many drivers in the city will know of the address. During our stay, realised we were the only ones at the resort despite bookng.cm stating our room was one of the last available.
