The grounds are majestic. Rooms are beautiful and the staff were fantastic. The pool was amazing. One of the yummiest things we had in our whole trip came from a place down the road called Milky Cafe.

We booked the room with the inground pool about 8 months in advanced and upon arrival we were shown to a room that had no bath at all - we were given the option of staying in a room that had a bath but two single beds. The room was beautiful but I felt that it was a but misleading to say that all rooms had one. The hotel is fairly far out of town - about a 15 minute drive, the surrounding shops and mall is fine for dinner and a quick shop. Breakfast was fairly sparse as well - we ended up just buying food from the supermarket.

    the landscaping was pretty

the staff there was no help with anything. room was so dank dark smelled so bad it took your breathe away. next room bugs inside got bite on breast taking a shower. floor in bathroom was all wet because tank on toilet leaked, my husband had to empty the container 3 times a night so it won't overflow. the mattress was a rock like a boxspring instead of mattress, the television won't work the internet won't connect. the bite was so bad I went to pharmacy for pills & ointment. the room was moldy and it also smelled. so go in the pretty pool fell because the slope to go in was so slimey on both pools and there was a crab walking in it and some other creature in the people pool. the place is ran down badly managed there isn't anyone who can fix things. last night the air conditioning broke down in all the rooms.we would not recommend this place to anyone and I'm surprised you even have them listed worst experience ever and I've stayed in places all over the world. it should of been $10 a night for all the horror

The warm welcome from Smilie and the exotic charm of this pretty little hideaway seduced us.

Our chalet "C2" lacked hooks and shelves in the bathroom. There should have been a low table for suitcases.
