Located on Ao Nang Beach, Krabi Resort provides direct beach access and charming rooms with private terraces. It has a large outdoor pool and a restaurant offering beautiful sea views.
Score from 327 reviews Good
Located in peaceful Aonang, Krabi, this hotel is near Ao-Nang beaches and is 8 miles from central Krabi. Free Wi-Fi and a free Ao-Nang Beach shuttle are available.
Score from 198 reviews Very good
Set against a backdrop of lush green hills, Aonang Cliff Beach Resort in Krabi has spacious accommodations with views of the tropical landscape.
Score from 97 reviews Very good
The Small Hotel Krabi is located just a short walk from Noppharat Thara Beach, and 320 yards from Ao Nang Beach. It features an outdoor swimming pool and spa tub.
Score from 123 reviews Very good
The location of the resort is very good. It is situated on the "main street". Inside the hotel and our room was very clean and looked nice. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good and versatile. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area is very nice too.
The soundproofing was poor. We heard clearly from the street every mornig at 7 - 8 o'clock the advertisement car which announced: "Muay Thai, Muay Thai..." and cleaners from corridor. Then we heard our neighbours coming from bar at 4 o'clock in the Morning. One reason for hearing our neighbours was that our rooms were enable to interrelate for a big family room. There was 2 doors separating our rooms. Each locked on own sides. (Our room 1207.) Comparing the price to finnish hotels you pay as much as in Finland and get the same level. That is weird because the price level in Thailand is much more lower. Although we were in high season from 12nd january to 15th january. These aren't not big issues but it was annoying to wake up 2 times in the night/early morning. I still recommend this hotel! It is very good!
Comfortable bed, good view from our room, and spacious & nice balcony to stare into the horizon and sit in the sun to read or do nothing!
Hotel has a lot of stairs so it is not handicap-friendly or for those with walking issues. Open concept bath-tub in-between the toilet and the bed wasn't for us as it made the room rather cramped.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the whole staff, management and especially Stephen "same same" (as that is also my name) who was the best waiter in Thailand! We would go back just to see him again, the hotel was good, we like the pool and pool bar another waiter there never stopped smiling. We must also mention our lovely receptionist, actually they were all lovely but Arannee was even more helpful, thank you. Rooms are just big enough, nice balcony and are a little tired particularly the bathrooms, it's less than ten minutes stroll to the beach past all the shops and good massages available, beach is ok, it's much better to get on a boat and visit some of the other more stunning beaches, boat trips are easy, we only went here as our 24 year old son and his girlfriend were joining us as we thought it there would be more for them, but in the end the V wine restaurant was so good we ate there 4 times! Not the swankiest hotel but made great for us by the staff.
You need a deluxe room, worth the extra cost.
The room was spacious and the bed was huge (but it was actually 2 beds pushed together).
The air conditioner was noisy-
The room was great with the canopy bed and balcony. New Year's eve looked fantastic (the staff went all out) and the food was delicious.
The bathroom could be a little more private. The staff were perfunctory polite rather than intuitive and helpful.
Staff were very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional, and made me feel very welcome. The hotel location was great and the pool and spa facilities and staff just brilliant. Overall a wonderful experience.
Can't think of anything....
Restraunt staff and entertainment!
Great grounds, awesome view, friendly staff, nice rooms, amazing continental (full) breakfast (worth the stay alone)
Staff English is very poor (even basic communication was difficult), a little farther from beach than told, lots of stairs!!! (On side of steep mountain) spotty Internet
Location Vogue resort & Spa is very good, next to main road but superior DeLuxe are away from noise, on the 4th floor with cliff view (now with some cranes too) and also over the swimming pool. Behind the hotel a new resort is building, so adeqate nois is present. Great garden lead to pool with sweet water big enough for serious swimming. Few minutes down the street (full of restaurants, massages, shops, etc) is beach nice enough to stay here. Anyway longtailboat pier is present so you can go to another beeches (Raily is good, with monkeys). Hotel breakfast was perfect, mix of continental & Thai meals.
Weak Wi-fi signal (usable on balcony). Toilet smell in our room.
We were staying in the Grand deluxe superior room. The room was very nice, it's quiet big and comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and helpful!
Location strategic, easy to find most things from food(local to western), shopping, clinics and etc. Walking distance to beach and much exciting things for shopping
Hotel was smaller than expected with not much facility available. Wifi was weak and had to sign on frequently. Food was fair but lack a little of hygiene especially the cut fruit, was left open without cover and saw much small flies on it. Being muslim, some dishes was told had pork in it but the label did not say so
Vogue resort and Spa did not disappoint. Great service ,great location and lovely room and great and helpfull Staff. We booked a superior double which overlooked the garden, swimming pool and the mountains (just a small part of the beach and sea). Amazing view!!! Room was very spacious and also the bathroom with a jaccuzi between room and bathroom. Very good bed - large enough with a very good mattress for those with sensible backs. The staff noted it was my friend's birthday during our stay and surprised him with a fresh fruits basket and a wishes card! Very nice and kind!!!The wine bar and bistro next door is fantastic. We were in the 4th floor and there is an elevator now. So the complaints about the lack of elevator are not valid any more. Pool Area is lovely and the whole hotel is very well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great near a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants (try The Thailand - in form of the hortel) etc.. and a short walk to the beachfront where you can get daily longboat trips out to a variety of other bays. There is some noise during the day due to constructions near by, but it really didn't bother us once we stayed out almost the whole day.
weak wifi signal from our room and have to leave!!!!!
The prices of the hotel restaurant are very competitive with smaller restaurants in the vicinity. Quality of food was very good.
Wi-Fi in the room is very unstable and often very slow. Staff is very friendly, though service in restaurants could be better (breakfast place: offer coffe/tea not wait for guest to call; eve resturant: more attentive).
It is a very nice hotel with a nice pool and along a road with lots of shops, restaurants and at the end a beautifully beach! We had a nice and clean room and a good breakfast. Great for a couple of days relaxing and enjoying the sun!
the wifi was really bad, they were installing an elevator, but it is not as worse as other reviewers say (they carry your baggage).
Room and restrooms clean. Bed very comfortable. room service food cheap and good ... great :)
Paid 2000 baht for massage for 2 person in Vogue Spa !!!! and in the Aonang streets it was only 200 to 300 baht , what a huge difference!!, the massage in the streets was far good compared to the one in Vogue Spa. Staff in spa a bit persistent on signing ....
Breakfasts were amazing. Personel was always helpful and kind. The interior and exterior of resort is really beautiful. Because of my long stay, my room has been upgraded and I got the top floor room with wonderful view of the see (I could also watch Phi Phi on the horizon) and the close mountain. It was my first "nomadic vacation", so I traveled during the day and worked during the night. The internet was pretty stable and fast, so I'm glad I was able to send files to clients without problems and maintain my job and some cashflow. Even though I didn't come there to watch TV, it was nice touch that they had HBO and other movie channels, which provided nice background for my nights' work. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone, who wants to spend some quality time in Ao Nang and relax. And if you are digital nomad, or starting as one, I found this place to be ideal for it, because of the good internet connection.
The only thing I didn't like was that there were constructions going on close to the resort, so it was a little bit noisy during the day. But you mostly spend your day away from the resort anyway, so it's no big deal.
Wish to have good wifi
Very comfortable bed Breakfast variety and quality Pool nice and relaxing Staff very friendly Wifi on pool and rooms
Jacuzzi to be paid on top of room price Prices at the bar are not tax & VAT included!
Pool was really nice, also the hotel had a beautiful vibe with lots of trees around! Centrally located close to the beach and the restaurants. We had a comfortable stay!
No lift, have to climb stairs to get to your room.
The laundry bag isnt a complimentary
Shower was strong. Vine restaurant next door that you get a 15% off coupon for is awesome. Eat there!
My room smelled very musty. I called reception for a change and was told I had the last room. Sorry. Verandah? Yes w it's a view of the side of a 2m high hotel van 1 m away. The safe deposit box stopped working and a tech came to repair it. I was leaving for krabi airport. Asked at reception for the 150 bhat a/c van shared van advertised everywhere. Their reply? Sorry our van to the airport is 800 Bhat. Otherwise go book yourself. Really? I did right across the street. Client service level was brutal.
Location Rooms Trees Pool 5 mins to beach and boats Near bars and restaurants
Great hotel really enjoyed my stay! Close to everything and was quite peaceful although several construction sites near buy.
Noise of construction although not resorts fault. Pillows lumpy and uncomfor ...that's all!!!
Despite of our loud neighbors 10 Indian guys we had a great stay, lovely place close to the beach in ao nang but in its own private garden! Recommended
Vogue resort and Spa Krabi Second time round at Vogue resort and spa and it did not disappoint, great service ,great location and lovely room .we booked a superior double which overlooked the inner courtyard but was very spacious especially the bathroom which had a walk in shower bath, loo and separate sink area .The biggest bed we have ever seen ,loved it.The staff remembered us from four years ago which was such a lovely surprise and even noted it was my Birthday during our stay and surprised me with a personalised chocolate Birthday cake in the room when we returned from the beach ,service does not get much better than that! The Hotel have also now opened a wine bar and bistro next door which is a fantastic addition, the food ,wine and service are just excellent I think this place will be in the top 5 on Krabi within the year, definitely visit and eat there if you are on Krabi. Pool Area is lovely and the whole hotel is very well maintained .We hope to return and will definitely stay at Vogue Resort and Spa again if we do. Location is great near a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants etc.. and a short walk to the beachfront where you can get daily longboat trips out to a variety of other bays,.Chicken Island is well worth a trip and the £10 pp charge which includes the national park fee you have to pay, snorkelling is excellent so many fish to see. For more lively nightlife head to centre point ,either walk to it and or jump in a tut tut for approx 100THB,here you will find the longhorn saloon and other good bars with live music .The reggae bar also continues as another option but we found the music a little dated this time round which is a shame as we love this bar. We decided one night to try the Irish bar only to discover it was a South Korean karaoke bar quite an experience! We also ate at Carnivores which lived up to its excellent reputation the steaks are truly magnificent!!
Only one issue the daily power washing of the paving in the courtyard outside of our balcony did get a wee bit noisy at times and seemed to go on for ever which meant sitting outside for a morning cup of tea was a little noisy .
