Some of the staff on reception did not speak very good English which made it difficult to communicate.
Clean and comfortable rooms. nice big shower. staff were helpful generally.
The staff at the front desk was quite rude. We faced a problem in which the staff did not write down our booking we made and yet they still spoke rudely. But in the end, the manager had to come apologise to us.
The breakfast concept is really good and worth the price. The rooms are new and kept clean.
Cleanliness was poor Location was out of the way breakfast normally took and hour for eggs and fruit
Manager was very accommodating great coffee shops near
The toilets broken and I be changed two suites cuz of bad condition of it
Very good location near bar& restaurant and comfortable. Nice decoration.
It's not clean enough and price is more expensive than the quality and also facilities of room.
Location of its hotel
We requested a really quiet room but were put in room 402, RIGHT next to lift, so there was a really loud hum whenever the lift was used (all the time!). In Room 402 you can't close toilet door (there isn't one) and there is zero privacy in bathroom. Room service available but you wouldn't know it unless you ask as there is absolutely no info in the room, which was really strange. Breakfast extremely limited, for most of the time we were there they used fake bacon. Included in the breakfast is OJ - which they ran out of - OR coffee OR tea. However the waitress was VERY sweet. We were moved to room 404 the next day (such a hassle to move so we lost half a day). Nice room but very small, no room for suitcases at all in the suite bedroom, there is only enough room to fit the bedside table between the bed and the walls. It's out of the way and not near anything much, and a 30 minute wait to order a tuk tuk. Wi fi is free ... but very slow. Zero privacy in the shower in room 404 as it's glass with no option for a curtain, same in the bath, no privacy. There was a small kitchen but no utensils or plates. It was very dirty on places like shelves, inside any cupboards, especially bathroom and under sink. Safe didn't work (404) and not easy to use No pool
Pretty comfy bed (especially for asia), lovely huge baths, good lighting - could have it very bright or nice lamps. There were nice little balconies off both our rooms. The staff were really lovely. Restaurant downstairs is nice, run in an unusual way but has nice food and lots of wine choices (especially Italian).
lack of tourist information; limited breakfast menu;
comfortable bed; nice room
