The hotel is in a great location! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights and not once was there hot water. The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. Laundry service was WAY over priced (charged per item whereas most places charge per kilo).

Convenience, clean. Hotel is in the center of the old town can go around or night bazzar in wak. The night shift staff is nice guy, who is very helpful to provide suggestion and tour guide advice. The door looks like unsafe, too old.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was really big and comfortable and housekeeping came every day to make up the room and replace the towels and provide bottled water etc. The hotel is in a great location too, perfect for getting to the night bazaar and night-life. I have no complaints at all. The pool is quite small but with so much to do in Chiang Mai, you're not going to want to spend all day in the pool anyway.

The friendly English speaking staff. Rooms were of good size with a great double sized bed that was just soft and just hard for a great night sleep. Bathroom was clean and good size for two people to use at the same time. A little swimming pool with spas on each end. Great to end a hot day walking the city. N/A

good clean budget hotel, within easy walking distance of some of Chiang Mai's attractions. Nice little pool and breakfast included excellent for the price. Bed extremely hard, only downside was we visited during Sonkran which meant each time you stepped out of the hotel you got a soaking, ok for the young but a bit wearing on day 4 for us oldies

The hotel is near restaurants, markets and sites. They have a small pool, which is great because it was so hot during our visit. We like that there's a cafe next door. It's good value for the cheap price. Poor wifi, toilet can be cleaner, staff can be more helpful and they should allow a couple of hours of free early check-in/late check-out

Everything about the hotel was great. The best location in Chiang Mai easily accessible from everywhere by a songtaew or tuk tuk. Staff are really kind and helpful with everything. There is a person in the hotel that books daily tours if you're interested which I definitely suggest. Breakfast was also very good. Not the best continental breakfast you would imagine. But it's pretty good considering the rates and everything. The only complaint that I have is about the Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was really really slow, so most of the time I used my cellular.

This was my second visit to this hotel which speaks for itself. It has a pool..big plus. The rooms are functional, staff friendly and the location right beside Tiger Kingdom in town great for a meal at night with live music and cold beer on tap. Breakfast is basic, coffee terrible so bring a coffee bag and ask for hot water. They could do with a compendium in the room.
