    Location and staff are excellent.

Mattress is hard but most are in Thailand. Pool could be improved with more plants around it and cushions on seats.

1- Good location. Within walking distance of all the markets, the night bazaar and nightlife. 2- rooms are of a high quality and well maintained. 3- wifi was excellent

1 - Given a twin room instead of double room. One female staff member was particularly rude when I questioned this. The inference being if you don't like it clear off somewhere else. After a considerable amount of travel over previous days I was too tired to argue 2 - swimming pool is tiny. More like a big bath. Pics suggest the pool is much bigger then it is.

    Large room with decent bathroom.

Very noisy. There is a bar next door with live bands; if you have a room at the front of the hotel you will not sleep before midnight. Too many staff sitting around playing on their phones. Pool is very small and spoiled by people smoking near the pool.

This hotel is a great deal, very clean, staff is friendly the location is just 5 minutes walking from the night bazar. I'd like to highlight the 2 guys working at the front door. They were there just to open and close the door for us and were lovely which we didn't expect, as we chose a quite cheap hotel. Even though it was close to the bazar the area was pretty quiet. Wi-Fi works fast and the air conditioner is great, It is also exactly how it shows on the pictures. Overall this hotel really worth it. We definitelly recommend.

Improvements could be done in the breakfast as it didn't offer a big option, but it's all the same all over Thailand, asian breakfast (rice, noodles, sausage) or continental breakfast ( Scrumbled eggs, bread.) It is not a big deal as it is all the same everywhere else as mentioned before so it's good.

Good location, just a few minutes to the restaurants and sights in Chiang Mai. Pool was a bit small, but very welcome at the end of a hot day.

Buffet breakfast didn't always have a vegetarian hot meal option, although I think the staff would have made something if I had asked.

Location is excellent, close to city gates. Nice to have a pool to cool off.

Did not feel hotel catered for Europrans - breakfast was inedible! Staff not over helpful. Bar next door very noisy so ask for a room away from it! - I did thankfully & found the hotel very quiet.

The staff responded well to my criticism of our noisy neighbours and asked them to be more considerate. They also supplied an extra duvet to try and improve mattress comfort

The beds were extremely uncomfortable The breakfast was appalling, poor choice, cold food and just didn't taste good. The hotel was poorly sound proofed Neighbouring room partied until 2am
