very big apartments nice quiet location.
Big 3 bedroom suite
Organisation Communication Kitchen utensils
Everything. This is a perfect solution for big families who need more than one room to stay together with children
only thing was the matress, too soft! make that hard and the apartment was perfect, also perfectly cleaned everyday
Location & Friendly Staff
Faulty heater in one of the room.
We liked the price and location. We had great space travelling with two small children.
Internet connection quite bad, need need to log in every time. Said two units, we could never be more than one logged on.
The hotel is nice, the pool is great but is in the shade most of the day. The gym is big and has everything and more. The corridors leading to the rooms are a bit hostel like but all in all great for the money. Reception staff are from the phillipines so English is good.
Rooms abit old but for the money they are fine.
Food service room service and kitchen equipment also
Receptionist.. Sarah, Jay
Swimming pool was really good, Location is great. Thats all.
Don't believe the photos provided by this hotel. They don't match to reality. When you look at the photos, of course you think that you'll live in clear, light, fresh designed rooms, decorated of many details. All of this is wrong! They have only one demonstrational number which you could see on the photos, but of course it is always booked! Be sure, you'll never live in this number. The real number is smaller, dirtier and darker. Additionally you'll have NO balcony. This hotel have not it yet! You will not get a great view, because you'll live on 1-9 floor. THIS IS NOT A WATERFORD DIAMOND TOWER! This is a small outbuilding of this hotel. The main building is great it is about 52 floors. Of course, You'll think, you'll live on 50'th floor, but you'll never live here. Conclusion: Basically you could stay here, but be ready for a guesthouse on the 3'd floor. Main building represents an apartments for thai locals not for you. You even can't use your card to look at the skyline from the highest floor. You card will not work!!! Don't believe the photos. Trust me!
Big in clean rooms and avrey thing is great
Location, staff are fraindley and helphol but thea vold do a beter job , the wifi givs you some problems
Quite spacious, decently located.
you have value for money: space, quiet, modern amenities, for a decent price. You have a kitchen, which is quite necessary if on holidays with an infant
no bar, no restaurant, no access to tourism tour operators
Everything was ok and amazing. The hotel receptionist Mr Jake who helped me was great. I would definitely recommend it.
The location was a little bit far from tourist attractions yet it is just 15 to 30 min walk to the next BTS station which is Phrom Pong.
Location was very good stuff was very friendly room was nice view was great
There is two hotels I wish they tell you that I was in the smaller one it was OK but the room looks a little different from the one in the picture and a little smaller
Indoor pool and the rooftop area

Near to Skytrain. Very good pool and gym area.
Poor kitchen equipment when there is no restaurant in the hotel/ apartment area. Bad signs for the elevator.
- Good location (near SkyTrain to easy for travelling the other locations; I advise that you should use SkyTrain for travelling, because of traffic jam issue) - Large suite and match to group friend or family - Utility (You can use fitness/ gym/ pool/ and sauna)
-Good gym and swimming pool which are in the main building.
They show you pictures of a skyscraper with great views of the river then put you in a tiny old building next door with no view. -I upgraded my room so left room before 12pm like asked then they wanted me to wait in a hallway till 2pm to move and still didn't put me in the main building. -The women told me my room would cost 1100 then a guy says 2 mins later it's going to be 1500 and when relising hes trying to con me tries to laugh it off like its a joke and wants to put me in a smaller room for 1100 so I just went online and booked the larger room for 900.i expect this behaviour in a market not a hotel. -The staff are rude and rarely greet you which is surprising for thailand as you even get a hello welcome In 7eleven when buying a bottle of water. -house keeping come at 9am -the kitchen empty so would have to buy pots and pans to cook anything -15 min walk to the nearest bts
Poor TV reception, bed to hard, nothing to cook with eg no pots or pans
Kitchen with out utensils is bizarre. Pay extra for utensils...
Huge rooms and good location
Isn't too cosy
I liked the fact that I finally found a helpful staff member, Jay, who changed our room for us.
Our first room had a disgusting overpowering mouldy smell, the beds were like sleeping on the floor. The room was cramped. Our shower head kept flying off so we couldn't have a proper shower. The second shower had no curtain so we Cldnt use it because the flow of water was aimed into the middle of the bathroom and you couldn't manoeuvre it at all. Our second room was an improvement. A large 2 bed apartment but we couldn't use the kitchen (no utensils at all) and the water from the tap into the sink was literally a drip. The air conditioners couldn't be controlled and the beds were disgustingly mould ridden. Staff weren't helpful at all!!then tried ripping us off to get a taxi to take us to the airport.
Close to numerous good restaurants.
The staff were unhelpful, between 3 of them could not carry out a simple task of booking a taxi. They were not customer friendly, almost ignorant. No toilet roll provided and when we rang reception they hung up when we requested some.
