Wattana Park Hotel  

nice green location , friendly staff ,perhaps English could be practiced more. despite some distance from the centre Tuk-Tuks were called readily to reached other areas

Helpful staff at front desk, though english was very sparse. Consistently hot water was nice.

We paid for an extra bed but didn't get a full set of sheets. The worst thing was that the website clearly draws the hotel right downtown, across from the Trang Clock Tower, but in fact it was 2 miles out of town.

Although only 2 people spoke any English....all the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

T room was old, out dated...the smell of mold hung think in the air....bed was good to be dumped...one side of the bed had already been completely worn through.... The telephone in the room was Brocken...unable to contact front desk or room service or get an international call out. The electric wiring was so old it kept shorting out the entire rooms electrical equipment. Had to call the engineer twice to fix wiring which could start a fire at any moment. It's a miracle the hotel is stil standing!!!! And has not burnt to the ground as yet.

The website should state clearly that the Free WiFi is only available at the ground floor lobby zone. Hotel receptionists are helpful. Restaurant close very early in the evening and hard to get foods around the hotel vicinity. Hotel lack of freshness. There was weird odor in the elevator, hotel corridor. probaby from the old carpet floor. My weight is 66kg, but the mattress firmness is uneven.

The small park with various plants and trees surrounding the hotel is good for morning walk. Once again, the receptionists are helpful and keen to answer inquiry

ก่อนเดินทางหนึ่งวันผมได้โทรศัพท์ผมได้โทรศัพท์สอบถา- มเส้นทางกับพนักงานของโรงแรมเนื่องจากผมไม่เคยเข้าพั- กที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีพนักงานผู้หญิงรับสายแต่เขาพูดจา- ไม่ค่อยสุภาพหรือไม่ค่อยเต็มใจคุยกับลูกค้า....ในinternet โฆษณาว่ามีห้องออกกำลังกายแต่ไปถึงสอบถามพนักงานเขาบ- อกว่าไม่มีและพนักงานบอกว่าใน internet เป็นของเก่า ทางโรงแรมน่าจะ Updated และปรับปรุงข้อมูลใหม่ ๆ ลงใน internet...

La situation géographique excentrée de l'hôtel nécessite pour tout déplacement l'utilisation d'un moyen de transport. Attention ne pas confondre dans cette ville de TRANG deux établissements à l'intitulé presque identique : wattana hotel (dans le centre de la ville) et wattana park hotel à l'extérieur.

Nettes Personal, zwar sprach niemand richtig Englisch, aber alle waren sehr freundlich!

El precio es muy económico y lo mejor es que incluye el trayecto del aeropuerto al hotel y el desayuno.

Es un hôtel muy antiguo y poco cuidado. Las alfombras de todo el hotel huelen mal, incluso el ascensor olía raro. La habitación y el hotel en si era tenebroso y terrorifico. En el restaurante para sorpresa nos encontramos un escenario y sobre el unas tailandesas cantando con unos vestidos muy sugerentes, apagaron las luces mientras cenábamosy acabamos cenando bajo una bola de discoteca. Ver para creer. De vuelta a la habitación y al abrir la cama nos encontramos varios pelos y no eran de la cabeza. Dormimos dentro de nuestros sacos x la suciedad que habia.

Für eine Übernachtung ok. Zimmer war groß und geräumig.

Die Lage ist leider nicht gut, das Hotel liegt eher ausserhalb! Zudem haben wir das Hotel zweimal zwecks Abholung vom Flughafen zu kontaktieren versucht - leider vergebens! Uns vermittelte das Hotel auch einen etwas modrigen und müffigen Eindruck..

Absolument rien!!!! De l'accueil le soir de notre arrivée, jusqu'au petit déjeuner, tout était absolument mauvais!

Le cadre est minable et la qualité des prestation est absente Pire, la propreté est quasi inexistante : nous avions réservé cet hôtel quelques semaines auparavant a Trang avant notre avion du lendemain. Nous sommes arrivés avec notre petite fille, la chambre n'était pas prête (aucun lit d'appoint), on ne voyait pas au travers des fenêtres , et lorsque nous avons été changés de chambre, la suivante était exactement pareille!!! Les draps étaient tachés, et la salle de bain comportait les traces des 10 derniers occupants de la chambre. Nous avons demandé à ce qu'elle soit nettoyée (la crasse de la baignoire pouvait être grattée avec le doigt!!!), on nous a dit que c'était propre! Je vous évoque cela, car j'aurais été capable de passer sur l'état avancé de vétusté du bâtiment, si l'accueil et la propreté étaient au rendez-vous, mais c'était bien loin d'être le cas!!! A fuire absolument! En plus sa situation géographique est mauvaise : loin du centre!

The Bellhop and the front desk clerk were both very friendly and helpful.

The listing when we booked it said there was free pickup from the airport so we booked that and then when we checked out they tried to charge us for it. I showed them the internet page and they deducted if from my bill. Overall the hotel is very dated and smells of mold. The location is about 4km from the main part of town and the only way to get a taxi is from the front desk and costs about 40 baht / person.
