Whispering Palms Suite  

The staff and manager working on site are excellent. Tuk tuk service is excellent. Swimming pool is very children friendly. Breakfast is simple but eco friendly self serving and no waste. Very spacious apartment and on site facilities is comfortable and save. The convenient store outside the resort is very handy. My kids love the snooker pool and gym is next to it. On the whole I will recommend families with 2 children or more to stay in the complex.

Not very close to night life. That's all.

We booked a normal Suite with 51qm. The Suite was really large and the Kitchen has everything what we need. The staff was always nice and helpful. When we want to check out something changes with our Bustimes and so we had to check out earlier. I called the manager in the morning and he was still asleep. But this wasn't a problem. One of the Nightguys give us the bond for the Key and everything was fine. The Pool Area and the Fitness Studio were great. The pool is really big and the Fitness Room has lots of things for an individual training. The Roomservice was great. He washed our dishes every day. :D

Unfortunately, the Internet was very slow and the breakfast was self service. There are cornflakes, fruits, toast, honey and milk. You have to make a good breakfast on your own but this is not a problem because the kitchen is really good.

Alles was perfekt, jammer dat wij geen gebruik konden maken van het hotel ivm ongeluk en verblijf in het ziekenhuis.

Camere molto belle, posizione tranquilla.

Colazione scandalosa, meglio se non la mettono!! Pagare in anticipo tutto il soggiorno!

Accueil sympathique, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Présence régulière d'insectes type blatte dans la chambre et piscine pas très propre.

очень благодарны персоналу отеля, не смотря на языковой барьер , взаимопонимание было полным. мы, конечно, люди не очень требовательные, но считаем, что номер был оптимально комфортным. приятно удивило наличие российского канала на тв. вероятно, через какое-то время, мы снова будем вашими гостями.

не большие неудобства доставляли перебои в работе интернета, что бы воспользоваться WiFi приходилось, иногда , выходить на балкон или спускаться к бассейну, как мы заметили, не нам одним.

I loved that there was a gym sauna and steam room

The plumbing was not all that great

We'd spent a while beach side so it was nice to get off the beaten track and experience a local area of koh samui. Two more than decent pools.

It want really close to anything and was more suited to long term stayers.

Huone oli uudehko, siisti ja iso. Erillinen keittiö ja makuuhuone sekä iso parveke. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hotelli sopii erinomaisesti perheille, jotka haluavat viettää lomansa altaalla loikoillen.

Hotelli sijaitsee kaukana kaikesta. Hotellilta on kuljetus rannalle vain muutaman kerran päivässä, ei lainkaan aikaisin aamulla tai myöhään illalla. Skootterin tai auton vuokraaminen lähes välttämätöntä.
