The attitude of receptions staff are very mean. They have no apologized for the room not ready until 4:00pm. The only thing they ask us if we could wait another hours or we could leave. After urge we got late check out 2 hours. It’s really disappointed.

The executive suite was very big and it gave my daughter extra room to run around, not a bad thing to say about it, first class. Last time I stayed in Novotel they offered to keep my bags till I left and also offered a shower room for us when we came back. When I enquired Woodlands said they could do that. They did take care of the bags but they then took us to the public toilets at the resort to have a shower and did not even suply towels, very disapointed at this.

Clean, good location, good service, nice swimming pool After being there, and noticed there's hotel and resort aside, whose price is more favorable, especially to the ones who do not need to use the kitchen facilities.And the price quoted on the leaflet at the reception is same with Booking.com

ชอบบรรยากาศ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ความเป็นส่วนตัว เงียบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวม เป็นธรรมชาติ check out ได้แค่ 12.00 น. ไม่สามารถ check out late เหมือนโรงแรมทั่วไป คือ 14.00 น. สระว่ายน้ำ น่าจะเปิดบริการดึกว่านี้ จาก 20.00 น. เป็น 22.00 น. เนื่องจากอยู่ในบริเวณส่วนตัว

Ampia piscina, camere confortevoli e dotati di ogni confort ma comunque non lussuose. Diciamo un buon 4 stelle. Pessimo ristorante Italiano all'interno, cucina lentissima e deludente, colazione al minimo livello. Lunghe attese per bere una Soda e un cappuccino. I servizi e la ristorazione sono al di sotto delle 4 stelle, anche gli ambienti comuni sono poveri e mal curati oltre che poco puliti.

mooie ruime kamers,rustige omgeving in het doorgaans zeer Pattaya,goed ontbijt. ondanks vele waarschuwingen werden er toch (juist door de ouderen!) van de tevoren ligbedjes gereserveerd!Jammer....

“The staffs were so nice, we stay at the pool access, most of the time we have the entire pool to ourselves, consider they have tour group during out stay, the hotel have a well management to still give other guess privacy (you don't have to share the dining room).
