The only plus is location close to the beach (but just in front of the hotel there is some suspicious and not very clean river which goes directly to the sea)

The service of this hotel is just terrible. It is sold like 4-star hotel, but the service quality is very very low. The staff has very poor english and don't care about the guests at all, and sometimes even rude. They've lost my New year table reservation, so I was forced to use the plastic table close to the road. No money back is possible. And that is for almost 500$ for 2 people. The chairs for the New Year are plastic, taken from the pool. When I asked to replace the plastic chair with a wooden, they told it's not possible, because I cannot be like no other people. The food is also poor quality and overpriced. The charge of thb 80 for a small bottle of water is just a nonsense. Everything is done to cut the costs, but not prices. Bewar

The staff didn't understand and hardly speak english. The hotel is mostly frequented by Asian people, who makes a lot of noise.

The room was up to my expectation of cleanliness with the staff being curtious and well presented.

Our last experience was the most disappointing; we had arranged with the reception desk a wake-up call for 06:00 AM (it never came!) Thankfully I had apoor nights sleep and woke shortly after 06:00. Imagine had I slept soundly, we would have missed our flight to Singapore. Also I believe you need to service your exercise equipment in your gym. perhaps even expand said equipment.

We liked the room. The bathroom was very good and the cleaness very good every day. The hotelstaff, reception and room cleaners, were always helpful and kind to us.

We didn`t like the flying birds in the breakfast/lunchroom. Once it was no food left in the luncharea when we arrived.

Bra taxiservice och personal. Nära till stranden, samt enkelt att med hotellets taxiservice ta sig till andra stränder. Bra poolområde.

L'albergo è bello, la piscina è una favola. Dalla camera si scendeva direttamente in piscina...

L'umidità nella camera (a piano terra), con un odore persistente di muffa in bagno.

L'accueil du personnel à notre arrivée (bagagistes, coktail de bienvenue, serviette rafraichissante), le personnel a veillé tout au long du séjour à ce qu'on ne manque de rien (ils étaient beaucoup à notre écoute et nous conseillaient des sorties/activités aux alentours de l'hôtel, le calme de l'hôtel, la localisation : une petite route à traverser pour accéder à la plage et bien située vis-à-vis des marchés locaux, restaurants etc.

Petit déjeuner très complet, tout le monde peut y trouver son compte : céréales, fruits, yahourt, oeufs sur le plat et brouillés, saucisses, riz, pancakes, pommes de terre... MAIS le buffet ne varie pas, c'est toujours les mêmes aliments

Bon rapport qualite prix et situe en bord de plage proche du petit centre ville.. L'accueil est tres correct et les petits dejeuners bons. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Originalite de la piscine pour les chambres du rdc (acces direct) et acces direct du bar dans la piscine

Plutot calme pour la saison (juillet 2009) - pas d'activite pour les enfants ou peu pour les adultes. (Peut etre) bruyant pour les chambres du rdc qui donnent sur la piscine en haute saison
