Apart from the Concierge who tried to pressure us into booking sightseeing trips very soon after we had arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very noisy as there was no carpet or soft floor covering on the floors of the passageways outside the room. Any sound such as bags being wheeled along, or people with high heels walking along the passageways made sleeping very difficult. |

good location. cheap. The security was poor, I had someone breaking my door by kicking and breaking the door for 1 hour and none did something. But they did ask me €50 for the damage. |

Little Very dated decor and furnishings. Unfriendly attitude towards guests. Very annoying to have to pay for extras such as WIFI at $3 for 20 minutes. At these oprices we now expect no hidden charges. Much better accommodation is available for similar or lower prices in this area. |

Excellent value hotel, rooms big and clean, hotel staff friendly. Included buffet breakfast a big plus. It would be nice for the hotel to offer the WiFi service free of charge, or at least priced like the Internet Cafes which abound in the area. |

the hotel was close to shopping areas & easy acess to the skytrain 1)Most of the staff couldnt speak english & was difficult to communicate,atleast the person taking the order needs to learn how to speak english... 2)on the day of arrival the F&B service guy asked us to have breakfast saying that it was included in the package & later charged us for the same...the same breakfast is served everyday..the jam was left in open which has all flies over it...the worse part about the hotel is the food....well the staff asked for tips even if u walk passes them...which is very cheap |

I thought overall the hotel was good value for money, clean, good facilities. Only problem you have to walk down past all the soi 4 rld to get to it. This could be a plus or a bonus, depending on your person. |

that they had a shuttle service even though it was a very short distance, the thought was admired that was very congested in every possible way. the rooms were not comfortable at all. and we had so many hotels during our stay in Thailand and found this not upto the expectation at all. |

Its a simple, good value hotel where the staff do their jobs without fuss and what needs to be done gets done. Its very good value for the central location , the buffet breakfast and the roof-top pool. I've stayed here 4 times and will continue to do so unless maintenance or service levels become unacceptable. |

the room,food,swimmingpool are okay. I've seen better ,bigger rooms for the same money.In the night there is to much noise from dirty old men that bring bargirls to there room.It's no family hotel.If your holiday is about scoring bargirls that's the place then.because it is close to the nightlife tourisme in the begin of soi 4. |

Location,Value, cleanliness Prices at the bar, The welcome drink was an insult, No body expects a welcome drink and if they are going to give something, lets make it at least a bottle of beer or a cocktail or nothing at all.A small gass of worse quality friut juice!!!!!!!!!!!! |
