I found the staff very friendly and willing to help with taxies and the like.

The location is excellent, the food in the restaurant is great and the swimming pool area is fantastic. Also, the breakfast is great :))

Localization,

1Night a/c didnt work, and the shower was broken, 2nd night they change my room and gave me the room for smokers which smell like ash trey. Besides of this this place is a nest of cockraches. This place is a mess.

Friendly staff, and very helpful.

The room I stayed in was not very clean, I then noticed there were no towels in the room, very inconvient after my shower.

The Staff were brilliant the Lady who Clean my room was very good and looked after me like my mum. That was room 408.

I felt that 198 Bt for breakfast was to much should be charged for what you have as I only had tea toast jam..... So I only used it twice..

The bed was big & comfortable. Drinking water replenished daily. The pool - except for staff not cleaning up rubbish left by guests.

Staff were rarely helpful. Shower was sub-standard and we had to get it fixed 3 times before getting hot water. Free tuk tuk - only on half hour and not told at check-in. Also not told of hotel taxi service, but signs encourage its use - even though touters are constantly trying to get you into a local taxi to rip you off. Hotel taxi actually more expensive. Also not told in any information re the surcharges. Cockroaches & other bugs in the bar/restaurant. Food on display in heat when it should be chilled.

It's really close at sukhumvit area...so very good location!!! And at the nana station!!!The breakfast is nice ...

Daily cockroaches in the room! Seriously a lot of them. Heavy stench from the sewer. Nothing in the room was totally clean.

Very quiet although close to a busy area. Plenty of Bars and Eateries very close, and good street food available.

The free tuk tuk shuttle was a bonus and I liked the location and decor of the hotel. Breakfast was ample too as was the free wifi service. Bed was comfortable, a/c was very efficient. Nice big showers.

This hotel really needs to invest in its service training of staff. Many front of house staff were laxadaisical in their service. For instance, there were occasions where I would be standing at the Reception desk in front of a Receptionist ignoring my presence while she just sat there texting messages on her mobile phone. Staff use of their personal phones while on duty should be banned. Also in the bar, staff were too busy sitting down and watching tv to realise I was standing there waiting to order a drink. The guy working at the pool was not very friendly either. The exception were the housekeeping staff who I found friendly but their service was still inconsistent - some days toiletries, hand towels and foot mats were provided and other days not.

I liked the location, the swimming pool on the 5th floor, the hotel service was excellent. 24hour room service.

The internet was off for one whole day but i guess this could be bad luck. Also i did not like that they gave me one access card for the wifi, meaning that you cannot be online simultaneously from 2 devices.

Really helpful and nice staff, pool on top floor open until 9 pm, an ok selection of breakfast food (much better than other hotels), lots of tv programs, luggage storage facilities.

The roof top pool and bar were amazing and the staff were so friendly, our room was large and clean and the air con was spot on! I read a few bad reviews before staying so was very apprehensive but I can honestly say I'd stay there again. It was brilliant value for money and close enough to the sky trains to get around easily

This is not the hotels fault but you do have to walk past a lot of noisy bars to get to the hotel with lots of Thai ladies outside trying to get the men in, which my boyfriend didn't really like but I suppose you find this with this area of Bangkok but the hotel is set down a quiet little road with none of this in the front door, this was the only thing I could fault with our stay and that's if I was being finicky!

The hotel is located in sex tourism alley therefore if you have other means then this might not be the best location. Rooms have cockroaches. Drinks and food is too overpriced. 127 bht for a 33cl beer?really?

The room, the pool and the location.

My son's earphones were stolen from the room and the showerhead could not be mounted higher than my waist. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and courteous but at the restaurant they could could be friendlier.
