Value for money. Villa style, trendy design, only 27 villas to ensure personal care. A bit far from the happening areas.

The resort is at a remote place far from croweded beaches. Hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating. Skillful design, pool area is beautiful. Hotel staff barely speaks English though very kind and nice. The beach are is not attended, rather dirty and underdeveloped, lacking concept to connect with the pool and bar area.

Don't go to this hotel ever, it's just discasting. Three times the came to fix the shower and still there was no hot water There was stains all over the sheets and floor. After one night we desided to leave the hotel

X2 Samui is a very special hotel – there is nothing else like it on the island! The Zen style effects are serene and having spoken to the new General Manager David we were delighted to hear that a program of improvements and refreshments works were underway. We will definitely come back to X2 when we are in Koh Samui next year. Thanks to David and all at X2. J&C. There were a few small things that we didn't like - the air con stopped working but this was sorted straight away. And the bed was not comfortable - once again this was sorted straight away by moving to another room. The new Manager David couldn't do enough to make us feel happy. Thanks to David and all at X2. J&C.

the room and facilities, together with the background music can really make me relax all the time during stay. the beach outside is not good.

The concierge staff on arrival were friendly and effecient as were the porters. The restaurant staff were more than helpful and always happy to serve with a smile. The food selection was fairly good but nothing to get excited about.The large main swimming pool is great when you need a bit more room than the plunge pool in the villas. the apple tv with a varied selection of music and movies was also good for those lazy afternoons.

Hotellet var ok , restaurangen 4K riktigt bra och personalen snälla. Det pågick rennovering vid poolområdet och vissa delar av anläggningen är behov av underhåll. Dock ett bra alternativ för avslappnande semester. Stranden ok men vattnet inte bra pga a närhet till flod som rinner ut. Badandet får ske i pollen.

Bad, Badewanne, Design, Restaurant Privater Pool schmutzig, Bett schmutzig, Holz auf Terrasse morsch, Wasser im Internet-Terminal-Raum, alles wirkt heruntergekommen, schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis im Restaurant, schlechtes Management, leere Teller vom Room-Service sind 1 Tag vor dem Zimmer gestanden, am Vorabend des Check-Outs wurde c/o-Zeit 12.00 Uhr mittags vereinbart, um 11.00 Uhr wurden wir aus dem Zimmer geworfen. alles in allem ein unzufriedenstellender Aufenthalt - definitiv nicht zu empfehlen

Só da arquitetura Varias coisas, o serviço de restaurante e muito mau, a comida é má. Limpeza da piscina insuficiente. Limpeza do quarto insuficiente. Gel de duche não era reposto. Internet falha muito do 6 dias que estive no hotel 3 estive sem internet, note-se que o hotel publicita a mais valia de WI FI em todo o hotel.

Mon beau voyage de noces: Hotel 5 étoiles...plus de mangues au petit déjeuner aprés 9h00 décevant ( 10 nuits passées nous avons eu une seule fois de la mangue). Petit déjeuner commandé à 10h30 et 11h00 les 24 et 26 facturés en plus.... Trop de feuilles dans la piscine même 2 h après nettoyage ( trop de végétation villa n° 10) impossibilité de nager directement le matin en se levant. Petit problème de connexion internet, fourmis au buffet le 29 no comment...A Part ça ensemble du personnel très aimable.
