Standard of spa service. Intimacy of our pool villa. Video on demand (vod). Some staff dedicated to customer contact spoke very poor English. During our stay quite heavy wooden piece of roof felt down on a terrace - happy we were out at the time. Air conditioning blowing directly into your bed no matter how it is set. No fresh fruit juices at breakfast. |

Brand new resort, maybe a bit too new! They are still working things out! Excellent food at the restaurant, good size portions, very fresh, except the Australian Rib eye was not rib eye and was very fatty! Very friendly staff, helpful with every enquiry. Very modern design, but cheap materials have been used. Dont think the resort will age well which is unfortunate as this style of resort should be sucessful. The beach view is nice, but the tide is out all the time, which doesn't matter. But to encourage more people to be on the beach to play beach volleyball etc beach cleaned every day to get rid of the rubbish & broken glass! |

Prachtig design, mooi strak. Zeer comfortabele kamers en heerlijk eigen pool. Eten goed. Service goed. Heerlijk weg van het veel te toeristische Chaweng. Hoewel resort pas sinds juni 2008 open is is er nu al duidelijk onderhoud nodig. Verf bladdert af van hout etc. Men was overigens wel aan het opknappen. |

De warme verwelkoming, het personeel dat vriendelijk was maar niet te overdreven (ze mochten zichzelf zijn dus het was een los contact met personeel), de afgelegen ligging waardoor het niet te druk was en je echt tot rust kon komen, het strakke design, het alles is mogelijkconcept, het geweldige restaurant en natuurlijk het fantastisch uitzicht van de zee. Een niet echt negatief puntje maar gewoon een beetje jammer (voor hun) was dat er 's avonds heel weinig volk was in het restaurant...terwijl het eten en de cocktails echt goed waren. |

Très très calme, hotel magnifique, service haut de game, le cadre, personnel charmant... Offre limitee du resto pour un long séjour, plages voisines très poluées, parfois odeur d'égouts dans bungalow, étanchéité des batiments limite (insectes, inondation)... |

Alles, super Location Der Strand sollte sauberer sein, das heist Reinigung durch Hotel etwas mangelhaft und, wenn überhaupt, nur der Abschnitt direkt vor dem Hotel. |
