noisy air con Wifi not reliable Breakfast for a place like this is very poor construction noise from a new high riser that is build beside the resort
We liked: breakfast, nice pool and decoration, room is big enough, helpful staff at reception, good location.
We didn't like: the cleaning team doesnt do their best, we had bugs all over the place. Our toilet was dirty when we checked in and they only cleaned it on the 2nd day after I asked. we were travelling with a baby so I was cleaning after them, not what you expect for this money. Restaurant is average but you have a lot of options not far. Construction sites on both sides.
Fantastic location. Great hotel. Loved everything about it.
In general everything is positive.
The breakfast. They start only at 7.00 and limited choice without cheese.
Beautiful location with nice pool and friendly staff. Night market is only 10 minutes walk away.
The whole facility is in need of restauration.
i have never stayed in a more charming hotel, with immaculately tended tropical gardens, a really tranquil and peacefull location, yet only a 5 min walk to both night markets. the staff were beyond compare especially the lovely reception ladies there was nothing they couldnt arrange for you!
i disliked nothing about this hitel except that i had to leave!
I was told that my late check out request was accepted with 50% payment. But later I was told that I could not beacause the booking was full. So disappointed but it was a good hotel.
Employee is nice, hotel is beautiful, you can find food and rent car around the hotel.遗憾不能住多几天！！
Location and outside view very nice
Food is bad selection and room from inside is not that good.
Only small thing was there was mould in our shower
very nice overall but basic.
This is second time to stay in the Yaang Come Village Hotel. Last year, my husband, my son and I stayed in the same hotel. Beautiful natural landscape, unique design style and friendly staffs made a deep impression on us.
Pool area is lovely and the room is big. Breakfast selection average. Good location.
From the moment we got there I felt staff were purposefully unhelpful. We arrived at 8.30am after a long train ride and had requested an early check in but when we got there were told that our room would be ready at 2pm. They then asked if we wanted breakfast as though it were complimentary. When I asked how much she said 600 baht per person. Around three times the average 3 course meal!! Throughout the rest of the stay the staff were continuously unhelpful from telling us they couldn't call tour operators on our behalf we should call them directly from our room at 10baht per minute. Additionally they tried to book us on to tours they received commission on. It all seemed like a money making scheme. Also the western food at the pool is terrible and again overpriced.
EVERYTHING !! we stayed 6 nights with Buffett breakfast included and could not fault this hotel very good value for our money we especially like the authentic Thai ambience the staff were fantastic so VERY friendly, food was lovely :-) location to everything We would definatly come again to stay and will tell all our friends a out it
Nothing We didn't like about this hotel
Style of the hotel Proximity to the night bazaar Friendly staff
Poor wifi in room Slightly limited breakfast
Great hotel and staff are extremely friendly and helpful!
Building works behind hotel could be noisy at times.
Location. Rooms. Pool. Staff.
The location is close to night market
Kids love the swimming pool
The fridge in the room is a bit noisy
Very nice view and surprisingly lovely room. Wonderful and unforgettable experience
We just stayed for one night and did't have enough time for peaceful rest. Not a lot of entertainments inside.
A beautiful entrance and lobby with a magnificient very old tree. The situation near night bazaar
Our room looked against a very near high wall with barbed wire on the top, so we felt like being in a prison. The furniture of the room was very composite and did not fit together. In general, a great deception after the beautiful entrance
Beautiful facility, friendly staff, great location, and good breakfast
To do laundry at hotel is quite expensive.
the room, the garden, the food, the staff.
no airconditionning in the dining room.
Confortable stay, very pleasant room, delightful garden surrounding a nice pool. Well situated, close to the night bazaar. Staff friendly and helpful. Standard breakfast buffet, served in a pleasanttraditional open room. A real oasis in the city.
Great location, very relaxing atmosphere! Great spa, Wouldn't stay anywhere else!
It needed better cocktail service and they didn't give us good advice on where to eat outside the hotel. But that's ok we're Americans we figured it out!
