Nice room with a small balcony. Have a holiday feel interior design. Great considering the price. Hotel is situated in a small alley, took some times to find it. But was hidden in a relatively quiet neighbourhood (although the music from nearby pub can be heard, but not disturbing)

Everything. My family stayed 5 nights there and we had a good time. Great location, clean rooms, free banana, and kind stuff... Don'f forget to book sports from them. Their offer is much better than travel agents'. Definitely, I will choose Yindee again if I come back to Chiang Mai.

The family who run this guesthouse were so friendly and so welcoming and gave us some brilliant tips as to where to go (including a local restaurant where the food was to die for). The location is prefect for exploring the city. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated and our room was a good size with very comfortable beds. We felt very relaxed and happy there. It was a lovely place, I would love to go back. I can't recommend it highly enough (and Chiang Mai is also wonderful).

A good priced establishment very central. There is no attention to basic details. Unfortunately the place lends itself to extreme noises, slamming of doors ( although establish is requesting with a sign not to do so) and of course, the Rock Cafe bad loud music.

I have stayed here twice now and can't wait to go back. The place is cute and comfortable. The staff is helpful and the location is perfect. There is a fridge for guests to use, coffee, tea and bananas at reception. Breakfast is not included, but there are many places within a minute walk to have a full breakfast. Once again, no complaints.

We immediately were impressed with the managing owners. They made us very welcome, organized a full day tour for the next at their preferred rate and the tour including elephant ride, tribe visit and rafting was the best! Room was large, modern, very comfortable. I would definitely go back! Nothing!

Nice Room in 301 and 401. Large, clean with a amazing balcony, we always had a drink there at night. The sunshine could fill the room at day time and we could even smell it, that's one thing we love most in this hotel. The staffs are so nice, introducing us the history of Chiang Mai. We'd love to stay here again when we come to Chiang Mai next time. Several clubs are near the guest house and they are a bit noisy at night. 2 solutions for this problem: 1. shut all the doors and windows and the room will be quiet. 2. go there to have fun in those clubs...

The location, clean and friendly. Close to the market and only 5 mins away from tapae gate. Quiet street tucked away but still close to shops. Sue and her husband was very friendly and helpful. The area of the guesthouse is beautiful. Sitting area in the garden was quietd and shaded. Hot water, tea, coffee in the lobby is great. Can not make your own food but food can be brought from outside to eat at the kitchen area. Rooms can get clean every day simply drop the key in lobby. We had a long stay there it was pleasent. Rooms have no fridge. Only one shared in the hall way. Guests can be extremely noisy at the guesthouse. Door slamming is a common cause.

Nice environment, owner and the front desk is very friendly and helpful, providing lots of tourist information. It is not the guesthouse itself actually, but the noise coming from the bar street is really loud and annoying, every night, to very very very late of the night.

The Thai chap that owns it was really friendly and informative. The guesthouse itself is really tucked away down a couple of small streets so it feels very secluded and peaceful however is only 2 minutes walk from everything you need. Only minor things really - like my room had a buzzing noise coming from the circuit breaker and in my friends room the shower wouldn't angle properly.

Very silent, and nice clean rooms. For a couple of days we were upgraded to the nicer rooms. If budgetwise does not make a big difference for you, take the larger rooms. They are really much nicer and more spacious. The standard rooms are a little small, but ok for the money. The free fruit, coffee and tea at reception at any time is a very nice attention. No breakfast possible in the hotel. Having said that, there are a few places around where you can take breakfast. In particular a bakery European style just around the corner that is very nice. Go out of the hotel and turn left twice, and follow the croissant's smell.
