Every staff have service mind and everybody alway smile so guest feel like a home if you stay here, I would like to recommend if you stay here don't miss to visit grand temple of Pithsanilok really beautiful Breakfast excellent

Only one point I would like hotel to improve is install more light in toilet as it too dark

Beautiful hotel with Thai stile. Excelent cusine and very good service. Very close to the most important temples of Phitsanulok.

Menu was very comprehensive and had a good selection. Breakfast was also very good. The design of the hotel was very elegant and the room was very comfortable.

The pool seemed very cold in relation to its surroundings! There was also a lack of light in the bathroom.

Great boutique hotel with extremaly friendly stuff. Spacious, clean and well-kept. Located just near main temples. Hotel library is a very nice touch. They also offer free transfer to bus or train station.

The hotel pool could be a bit bigger.

A lot: Beautiful design, blending japanese zen and thai to great results. Great service, including free chauffeur service (in a new Mercedes!) to the Bus Station. Walking distance to the famous Wat Yai where listening to the chants on the King's birthday was impressive, even to a non-buddhist. Very good italian and thai cuisine at the hotel restaurant overlooking the river. 1st-class breakfast included. I didn't know whether stopping overnight in Phitsanulok would be a good idea. Now I know it was!

This is my 2nd time to stay hear for the purpose of Loi Ka Thong festival Once We arrived the hotel hotel staff prepared Krathong for all of us. All staff take care all of us like a family. If you visit Pitsanulok I recommend you stay at this hotel. Last time I informed them that lighting in the bathroom a bit dark , this time they had change light , thank you. I will come back here next time for sure.

Yodia Heritage is a small beautifully designed and appointed boutique hotel in a quiet location with excellent friendly and obliging staff. The garden, though small is delightful and the swimming pool (outdoor) is excellent.

Fitness facilities would be very welcome

The staff was so kind and helpfull, impossible to do better. Large rooms and attention for details!

I particularly liked the intimacy of a small boutique hotel and the friendly welcome. The design and standard of comfort in the bedroom was excellent. The riverside location which was quiet though fairly central was greatly appreciated. The buffet and a la carte breakfast was left nothing to be desired. The swimming pool was very welcome for late evening and early morning swims. Yodia Heritage Hotel may be considered expensive but it is sure excellent value for money.

Dinner in upstairs restaurant was expensive and service a tad amateurish but the food was quite good especially the the international dish options.

The exterior is modest but the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, all good. The big plus was the restaurant. We had Farang food which was excellent. The service was of very high standards and the breakfast was incredible. Somebody there knows the restaurant business...Well done!

"Staff and Facility absolutely top notch." There is a reason they have such a good reputation. No question where I will stay the next time I come to Pitsanulok.

We enjoyed our stay and decided the next morning to stay one more night. Nice little garden and a small pool but big enough for the three of us. Appreciated the spacious room with pool view and free Internet.

The restaurant was a nice place to eat and while the Thai food was good the Italian food was nothing special I wouldn’t go for again.
