Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The water temperature and pressure where not stable during showers. It didn't matter if it was morning or night. The double room consisted of two twin beds pushed together, and the sheet set was for twin beds, only the comforter was for a large bed. |

Hay muchas cosas, pero quizás lo que más me sorprendió fue la comida. Aunque hay que aplicar la regla general de quitarle una estrella para poder compararlos con los españoles, en cuanto a desayuno y cena lo podemos dejar en un 5 estrellas. En cuanto a servicios, solo un comentario: Llegamos a las 11:30 de la noche (por nuestra cuenta, sin transfer), y nos subieron una pequeña cena a nuestra habitación (que solo aprovechó nuestra hija) No es demasiado adecuado para españoles salvo que tengas nociones de francés. Hablan poco nuestro idioma y vas a encontrar pocos compatriotas por regla general. |

La posizione logistica, fuori dalla confusione infernale di Hammamet nel mese di agosto. Posizione tranquilla vicino al mare. L'hotel per quanto discreto non è all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Le camere sono al livello di un 3 stelle medio. |

El acotamiento privado en la zona de playa y lo tranquilo que es. ¿algo?... pongamos casi todo. El servicio del hotel ni mucho menos se corresponde con un hotel de 5 estrellas, sino más bien con un hostal de carretera secundaria en España. ( poca atención y baja amabilidad). La comida que te corresponde con la media pensión contratada es de muy baja calidad en su materia prima y de una elaboración nefasta. Los servicios que contratas excesivamente caros, pero aceptando ese precio no se corresponde luego con su calidad. Un hotel para no volver desde luego, y ofertarse como 5 estrellas es tener mucha cara. ah!, cuidado con el mini bar, dado que se aprovechan de la coyuntura, idioma, etc, el último día cuando te vas para cobrarte consumiciones de más.... 15 dinares no van a ningún sitio, pero es el detalle. |

Cet hôtel est très agréable et il est proche de la mer avec une jolie plage privée. A l'arrivée nous avons eu une chambre non prête... Nous avons demandé à changer mais la seconde chambre n'était pas prête non plus. |

Nichts - ausser die Sauberkeit im Zimmerservice Essensqualität: was beim Abendbuffet übrigblieb, hat man am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück teilweise wieder angetroffen; die Essensqualität des Abendbuffets ist max. 3*-würdig; Preis-Leistung: die Preis wäre für ein 5*-Hotel sehr gut aber das Hotel ist max. ein 3*-Hotel, demnach viel zu teuer. Alles muss extra bezahlt werden, Internet-Benutzung, Depot-Hinterlegung für Badetücher, Vorausbezahlung... |
