Very polite staff and very relaxing. Very comfertable and big swimming pool. A bit more attention on the cleaning would rocket it to 5 stars!! |

Free shuttle to the golf clubs and preferential rates at the 3 golf courses in Hammamet The hotel is largely a tourist factory without any charm. Most parts looks like a hospital: white, impersonal, too big. Food is of mediocre quality |

Приветливый, услужливый персонал. Быстрое обслуживание. Достаточно большой и чистый пляж, очень приятный зимний бассейн. Удобные, хорошо оснащенные номера, полностью соответствующие категории отеля. Необходимо объяснить обслуживающему персоналу, что убирая номер, они должны вытирать пыль, мыть раковину и ванну, а также пол в ванной и - главное - в туалете! Мой номер после уборки становился намного грязнее, чем был до нее!!! |

Das Hotel wurde im Winter 08/09 renoviert und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und groß. Es ist ein ruhiges und für (vielleicht schon ein wenig ältere und) auf gediegene Atmosphäre wertlegende Gäste sehr gut, für Familien mit Kinder aber m.E. daher abzuraten - das Hotel ist auch auf kindliche Bedürfnisse nicht eingestellt. Für uns (47/51 J. ) war es super. Trotz der W-Lan Sender in den Hotelfluren war (nicht nur in unserem )Zimmer kein Internetempfang möglich - und konnte trotz Reklamation nicht geändert werden. In der Hotellobby war der Empfang ok. |

Nous avons tout aimé pendant notre séjour.Il est vraiment à recommander en qualité/prix. C'est l'idéal pour les couples qui veulent se reposer car l'animation est quasi inexistante. La mer est face à l'hôtel idem pour la piscine. Nous nous sommes reposés comme jamais! C'était propre, le personnel discret et la nourriture était très bonne et variée. Le cadre est très bon, moderne. Les chambres très spacieuses bien décorées. Ras allez-y!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Goed hotel met mooie, comfortabele, schone kamer, Trapje af en al op het strand met gratis bedden. In de hal/bar aardig personeel. Goed eten. Personeel verwacht te vaak fooi (dinars). Schoonmaakster drapeert nachthemd mooi op bed bij fooi, maar geen fooi gooit ze het in een hoek en mijn schone kleding dat te drogen hing op balkon 3x op de grond gevallen vlak nadat zij gedweild had. Nachten met wind niet gevallen. Bij receptie geen vriendelijk personeel. Meer hygiene in restaurant in de vorm van lange opscheplepels, daar deze vaak in de salades en sauzen vielen met alle bacterien daarin tot gevolg! Zelf 1 nacht en 1 dag ziek geweest en ik zag nog een kind in restaurant die had overgegeven. Weinig voor kinderen te doen met gevolg dat kinderen zich vervelen en door de hal rennen. |
