Good location, luxury, good restaurant, nice and friendly personnel

Spacious and nice pool view, the staff were nice except for one fellows at the front desk, he seemed unhappy with his job or something...anyway I loved they had a horse and camel on the beach ready for tourists...eventhough seasons at a low...and I the lady at the front desk was very helpfull at arranging for a rental car and bargaining a good price for me, my family and I explored Tunis with this lovely polo and we had a great time... And oh the maitre'd at the restaurant was really great helpfull and funny !my kid loved it and ate his meals(hint) I would like to recommend it because the price is good for what your paying in comparison to the other 5 stars hotels that go for twice as much

Now I'm gonna state facts , I know everyone is critical and not everyone is correct ok.. But remember for 5 stars..... No kettle in room,no robe ,no slippers,no cotton buds,no complimentary water,no hair conditioner,no body lotion, no adapters(you have to buy one for 12 dinars from tourist shop , if you want a pool towel you have to go to the reception and pay money a deposit, food I would give them 2 out of 10 worst thing about hotel, beware of room service food nasty something is wrong, I think the guys at late night room service aren't happy with their job or something like that unhelpfull guy at the front desk wearing that shining cheap silver suit.. What I'm saying is I want the guy preparing me food to be happy( that's why I never send my food back at restaurants and treat waiters kindly)....and oh I paid 120 dinars 2 persons for a crap buffet , I recommend going to the lac area where there is these 3 really nice restaurants ,one of them looks a bit spaceshipy, I had a three course meal for three for 61 dinars and everything was made at the restaurant fresh,plus awesome view.... The worst thing worse than the restaurant or horrible horrible green tea(6dinars!!!) mosqito mosqito. .... They come through the aircond ducts.......blood bath prepare yourself and that's an understatement... Some staff sleep around the outdoor pool seats , and the indoor pool had these two guys hanging around from staff I think one of them doesn't swim he just lays on the pool stretcher with his clothes on and tries to eye any girl , very unprofessional and perverted. And last thing the hotel really really aches a renovation, I hope this is helpfull

Wifi not good enough

Staff were friendly, food was great. The place is very calm and relaxing. Hotel very close to the city, to the famous Sidi bou Said area nad the carthage cites.

it is a beautifully designed hotel and during our stay in low season it was very quiet and calm

The outdoor pool was very nice and big, with sea water. The food was Ok but not delicious. The beach and hotel was almost empty, so it was very nice and spacious. The rooms are nice and AC is working. The bed an pillows were very good. The hotel is very big and offers restaurants, pubs and a smoking pub, very typical. There are lots of mosquitos but there is a store on the 1st floor where you can buy repellent. You can eat by the pool and the service was very good.

The staff hardly speaks any english. They all speak just french and arabic. At the Spa nobody spoke english and the service is not good, they left me alone in a steam cabin and it was burning my feet , i was calling the girl but nobody came for a long time, and the girl didnt understand what was happening so she turned off the machine. The Spa facilities are very old and dirty, I dont recomend it at all. Also the pool at the Spa is not free of charge. At the indoor pool the tobogan are not working and you have to pay to use the jacuzy. There are no tours available, you have to take a private tour guide or a taxi with a driver who doesnt speak english. The shower in the room was broken and everytime the bathroom flooded, i told the reception but they didnt do anything

تكييف الفندق كان تعبان جداُ الجو بصفة عامة في انحاء الفندق كان ممل وجود اعداد كبيرة من جرحي الحرب السعر مرتفع بالمقارنة بالخدمات و هي كذالك لمن تكن في مستوي الفندق (5 نجوم) The AC was not working properly despite my complaints for whole period (5 days). the atmosphere was very poor especially that it was full of people injured from war. the food in general was poor, there was no entertainment. the price was very expensive when it come to value for money

Spacious room and hotel, 3 different restaurants, many facilities (thalasso, pools, shops, etc.) and big swimming pool outside. Very close to the beach which is dirty unfortunately. Breakfast ok.

Price for the rooms different at the reception desk than on internet so we had to use one of their computers to do the booking on booking.com (35€ per night saved). Hammam not working for men (my friend was told it would be fixed but they could not fix it so they reimbursed us). The thalasso area is clean but could be cleaner. Do not try the coffee (disgusting as almost everywhere in Tunisia) nor the croissants or the cheese for breakfast (tasteless).

Les grincheux ,les ronchons,les pénibles trouverons toujours le poil dans l oeuf je voudrais connaitre leur quotidien bref.Pour ma part j ais trouvé le séjours très agréable personnel très attentif ,cadre très agréable ,calme,propreté.

Le restaurant Espagnol qui n as rien d Espagnol si ce n est le cadre et un service un peu trop lent
