Check out day The room was full of bed bugs, it was in the middle of nowhere, staff were rude and abusive, I had a door slammed in my face, I asked for wake up call on the 5 of the 6 nights and i only received one, I asked for a wake up call on the last night for 1.30 in the morning to catch my flight at 4am, they forgot so was running late, I booked a taxi for a 2.00am pickup, they forgot to order. Service bad |

Friendly staff that coped with our inability to communicate in French. The map on the web site showed the hotel between Carthage and Sidi Bou Said but the actual location was about 10 kilometers further up the coast. |

Basically everything. The building & rooms are really nice. Just small things that could be easily fixed: like the blankets in the beds - should be replaced with normal covers. & when a guest is really stressed and needs help with making one phone-call: You should have helped me -- happily -- instead of ignoring me. Many thanks to the nice girl who helped me after 30 minutes of panicking. |

Food is very good, it has a good beach. 5-10 min to Sidi Bou Said and Carthage by taxi. Quite a long way from tunis center and airport. |

Thalasso dans l'hôtel. Hôtel au milieu de nulle part. Pas de village à proximité. Il faut absolument une voiture pour pouvoir visiter et se rendre sur les sites intéressants. Hôtel impersonnel. Aucune chaleur. |
