Each room is tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed with marble bathrooms. The luxurious rooms offer views to the sea, the water-park, pool or the lush hotel gardens. Spacious room and hotel, 3 different restaurants, many facilities (thalasso, pools, shops, etc.) and big swimming pool outside. Very close to the beach which is dirty unfortunately. Breakfast ok. Price for the rooms different at the reception desk than on internet so we had to use one of their computers to do the booking on booking.com (35€ per night saved). Hammam not working for men (my friend was told it would be fixed but they could not fix it so they reimbursed us). The thalasso area is clean but could be cleaner. Do not try the coffee (disgusting as almost everywhere in Tunisia) nor the croissants or the cheese for breakfast (tasteless).

Séjour bref d'une nuit n'appelant pas de remarques particulières sur l'hôtel. Le seul problème semble provient de votre site qui donne une mauvaise information sur l'adresse précise de cet hôtel. En effet il est indiqué lorsque l'on charge l’itinéraire une location prés de Carthage Présidence alors que l'hôtel se trouve à Gammart, 10 km plus loin. Il est assez désagréable de tourner pendant très longtemps dans le quartier indiqué par votre site avant de comprendre que l’information est erronée. Il me semble très utile de corriger rapidement cette erreur grossière.

La chambre grande et propre L'hotel carthage thalasso resort ne se situe pas la ou il est indiqué sur la carte : carthage mais à gammarth, 10 KM plus loin de Tunis. La piscine couverte est une horreur !!!! des échaffaudages retiennent les plafonds qui sont en train de s'écrouler ... La moisissure est partout. Les belles photos du centre de thalasso ne reflette pas la réalité, toujours de la moisissures sur les murs et plafonds. Ce centre de thalasso sert surtout de centre de reeducation aux invalides de guerre de LYBIE, partout dans ce complexe déambulent des personnes extropiées , on se croirait plus dans un hopital que dans un hotel 5 *

Hall d'acceuil immense. On se croirait dans une église! Personnel attentionné. Hôtel très difficile à trouver sans gps. Vous devriez donner plus de détails dans l'adresse. Il est autorisé de fumer dans l'hôtel, cette odeur pénètre malgré tout dans les chambres.

Some of the staff (like the porter) were extremely kind but most of them were at best average. Anything we asked for, we had to ask for minimum three times before it was done. The apartments we stayed in (and we changed three!) were all very noisy so not at all convenient for a family with a toddler. The manager of the hotel was outright rude and not helpful when we asked for help. We stayed for a week and tried to use the spa facilities but they were always either closed, on a siesta or the requested service was unavailable. Very disappointing overall.
