had to wait until 4pm to get the room
Location if good. Carrefour is just within a walking distance!!
Mosquitos!!!! The Hotel need to deal with it seriously.. Cleaning services and cleaning staff need to but more effort with regards to toilets and rooms.
Large and comfortable rooms, Well located and near a shopping center with Carrefour supermarket, very nice swimming pools and beach.
buffet break fast and food was awesome, service is poor. you have to ask several time for anything that you need. During our stay 3 football teams were staying there. they make any type of noise you can imagine.
Close to the shopping mall so that you can go get something acceptable to eat as the hotel food is horrible and ridiculously expensive
Service and facilities are not a 5 stars, at most I would rate it to be 2/3 stars Swimming pool is very crowded as non-residents are allowed to use the pool
Services from front desk (reception
this is not a 5 Star Hotel Air conditioning poor Room had bad odor coming from bathroom Breakfast poor, food not fresh Bathroom old Room Safe not practical Insects found Body Towel don't absord water Staff don't know good restaurants in area
The fresh coffee from the bar.
I was at this hotel for business purposes, and I was looking forward to spend a few relaxing nights at a nice hotel. In fact, 5 minutes after I got into my room very late at night, I found a cockroach in my bathroom – baby size, but still … – I gave it a try, “must be an accident” I thought. Didn't want to run to the reception in the middle of the night, tiredness was stronger. Next night, second baby-cockroach : tiredness did not win this time, but the shock... Nice and friendly receptionist (the only one I met during my whole stay, by the way) offered me to change the room. Entered my new room, and this time, I found new settlers in there : small ants and big mosquitoes. I even could have lived with them, but AC did not work properly. Tried to get someone to take care of it, my colleague and I waited and waited (by z way, I killed approx. 10 of the ants while I was waiting to be called back…). Finally, we agreed with receptionist that we could go out for dinner, and when I would come back, I would get a brand new room. Third room: AC did not really cool down, but I was happy to smell that someone sprayed the room before I moved in this time. Do I need to comment the breakfast buffet? After I saw the fruit flies on the buffet, I chose to skip also the breakfast. Basing on the above, a simple “poor and non-fresh food” shall express everything we found. It might have been the wrong time of the year to stay at this hotel, but I really did not expect such bad experience for a 5 stars. Personal unfriendly, and for some of them dishonest on top of that, as I found out later. Never again, this will be my conclusion.
all in hotel
Good location and building. good swimming pool. Suitable price.
Some equipments are old and lack of maintenance. The staff has no enough sense of service. They maybe forget your requirement or careless. Wifi is quite slow
The food was very tasty
The problem was regarding the payment ... The staff who did my check out she was very weird she gave me less 40 dinars than she didnt give me my mini bar bill as per her they are using manual system so i was not able to calculate my bill including the mini bar.and they refuse to give the 120 dinar left from my bill they said its not allowed i have to consume any thing from the hotel .Also the taxi are without the system i was always obliged to take taxi from the hotel and i paid for only 15 kilometres 50 dinar.
Nice room, clean and safe environment
For a resort, the place has and an amazing facilities. Massive pool area, and decent beach, Period.
This hotel is a clear case study of how a business can lose it potential because of poor management. . - You have to ask for pool towels from the main reception, and it happened that they told me that they are out of towels!! Because they are in laundry!!, Room service didn’t allow me to use the rooms towels, so I wasted around 40 min walking around and waiting for a towel as the manager got involved!! - With such a nice beach it was sad to see all the dirt in the sand, I bet they haven’t cleaned for years at least.. - There was no Wireless connection in my room and in the 2 other rooms my friends had. It’s just normal to find people out in the aisle texting to get wifi connection - Room service was horrible, and they don’t have much of attractive offerings in there list of restaurants. Yet you aren’t allowed to bring groceries from the supermarket close by, and the guards were extremely rude to us when we walked back with literally (a bottle of Orange juice and some biscuits) – note: when I asked room service for some orange juice they told me they don’t have it now (12:30pm)! - My room AC was leaking water, and took them more than a day trying to fix it, and still it wasn’t fixed, the worst is that they haven’t offer me to change the room! The hotel was very close to ruin my hall Tunisian experience, so glad the I spent all my time in the last days outside that place, otherwise it was going to be my last visit to the country.
You could walk to the carrefour supermarket.
Quite place.. friendly stuff
property , treatment with clients ,Breakfast, service very bad ,not respect of time.....
nothing is standard of 5star
Swimming pools Reception staff
Rude staff at breakfast ( hamza, soffiene) Mosquitoes in room Air-conditioner mal function Broken shower Large distance from entrance to room Dirtiest beach and poor access No locker, no drawers, no kettle Lousiest five star hotel ever seen
Great amenities, wonderful location and outstanding staff.
Big outdoors swimming pool, nice spacious rooms, wifi working in the rooms and for free. But it is really far away from the city center (I would recommend it for tourists that only go to stay in the hotel and not really visit a lot of Tunis)
It's not a 5 star: breakfast with moldy strawberries, hot drinks from a machine that mixes it with water; the tables are not fully cleaned for each service (neither it is done quickly). Facilities are falling apart (while in the internal swimming pool we witnessed the heating pipes fall over 2 kids waiting in line for the slide), paint is scraping off; staff is under prepared (4 phone calls and 1 hour wait to get a bathtub plug), concierge cannot provide information other than "take a taxi" so I discovered by myself. Moreover, booking.com does not state which activities are private and need to be paid separately.
staff very polite
A 5 star hotel should have make-up remover pads and body lotion in the bathrooms as well as bath gel and shampoo. The tissues and loo-paper were poor quality.
Food was good and staff friendly.
Hotel was a little 'tired'. Wifi performance was very poor especially in the rooms.
Not have wifi not have hot water in toalet not have air condition hot The room very very cold I stay only one night
Service internet insects
The spa staff was great, the spa experience was also great, warm swimming pool in the winter was really good idea.
I stayed 5 days.. 2 of which without wifi.. It's very important for me and was one of the main reason of selection. The hotel has environment policies regarding towels which they don't oblige with. The hotel staff fought against each other on four occasions during my stay and it was often they get loud. It took the hotel four hours to come to my room to pick up my laundry. Upon check in there was no towels for me to have a shower. It took them four hours to bring me the towels. Value for money, it was the worst hotel experience of my life.
