The price, Customer Service at Reception
The location, it looks like an abandoned resort from the 80's which was revitalized recently and rebranded as the Caribbean World. And the rooms (horribly outdated), the washroom (terrible), no toilet amenities (other than a sorry bar of soap), the view (non-existent), the door (took minutes to lock each time), the smokers EVERYwhere, the long walk to the room
Staff was helpfull and nice
The bed was stink alittle and breakfast was soooo poooor one of the swimming pool was so dirty
their is no air in the room i feel stressed their but their is a good restaurant
No clean towel, dirty place, worst food. Not even worth to consider it. Don't waste your time
Terribly rundown, needs complete overhaul
Nice pool area
Location was poor, rooms and facilities were in need of repair or no longer open
the activities all day long the reception staff
guests coming from outside to spend the day in swimming pool so almost no sunchairs available
location, swimming pool and the architectural design
The room and its furniture. they were very old and dirty.
Buffet style Breakfast
The price I expected to pay did not match we ended up paying more and did not get the room we booked for but enjoyed my stay
Very helful staff who answered my questions and went out of their way to understand me. No problem with understanding me.
The organisation of meals was a bit disorganised as so many staff working and manning even the glasses. Moreover, tables could be more spread out around the space for more privacy as it ends up being like a cafeteria. This might also include making dinner more romantic for the inclusive guests as there are fewer.
the accomodation was soooo grubby nothing like the picture at all staff were rude and the air conditioning was disgusting
Staff were kind, tried hard to please customers and put a lot of effort in entertaining. Food was actually ok considered the price you pay. Overall a friendly place, it the world doesn't smile at you, you can be sure Willy (from the Animation team) will.
Looks like the place had been abandoned for 5 years and only just reopened. It's crowded because they open the resort to day visitors, and being close to town, eat as much as you want, imagine the Sundays crowds!!! A lot of the services don't work anymore (likes shops, laundry, etc.) Everything is regulated by timing, and if you don't get there by a certain time, tough luck to you. It's hard to know a staff that knows how things work. It's a loud place and not very functional. Not very relaxing when you always have to live by their rhythm rather then yours. yours.
Pool And beach
Sévices spécial the employés the a not profesional
I liked the animation team, which they are worked to keep me and my kids busy and happy in full day.
The quality of the rooms was not good enough and the AC not work properly. There was no good and enoughTV channels.
Great beach bar!
The food of the restaurant! Never take all in!
i like the reception as they have good manners and a little bit helpful , the evening buffet manager was very helpful too but the 12.00 to 2.00pm lunch manager should go and work with is children and grand children , as we work hard for our money and should not be treated like a piece of rag , and if not i will make sure the minister of tourism is aware about this and its license be reviewed as i paid my hard earned money , and there is no room for tribalism or (Race.........) in this industry .
The restaurant and management staff are awful , never seen this kind of mentally oriented people in my life , i regret every penny i paid for in that buffet and the afternoon lunch manager should be reviewed as i dont think the hotel is for tunisian only please for God sake .
Worst hotel i ve been in my life. Had to leave after firat night to a proper hotel. This is not acceptable. Should be closed. Horrible experience from staff, food, acceptable
Nice swimming pool, good access to the beach, rather clean. nice staff.
old hotel so you can have some trouble in the room...for my part I stayed blocked in my shower because the door was not opening...quite stressful! also do not leave your key to the reception if you want to go out at night, sometimes there's no one at the reception...
the room the bathroom no wifi everythings
staff very friendly
internet only in one place
very sporty and family atmosphere and has an olympic swimming pool and a professional animation team
the food was cooked with vegetable oil instead of olive oil and tunis famous by olive tree even the salad dressing also by vegetable oil. disappointment
2 mins away from kilometres of sand beach. Helpful staff. Value for money.
The location could be a problem if you do not have your own car as it is far from Tunis city centre.
Beach was beautiful
Staff was mostly very slow and not very professional. One staff member followed me to my room and wanted to come inside with me to "see how nice the room was." His intentions were quite clearly sexual from his behavior and it made me very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre
The staff helped as best they could
It rained. The footpaths were like rivers. Inside the reception area was slippery. The whole place has seen better days. It's not well signposted from the road.
