The El Andalous hotel is located on the seafront, in the heart of the city of Soliman. This ancient Arab-Andalusian city is about 16 miles from Tunis and near the international airport of Carthage and the port of la Goulette.

Inge Mature couple Ranst, Belgium September 18, 2012	Het enige wat er goed aan was, was dat het vlakbij de zee gelegen is maar daarmee is ook alles gezegd ! Ongeveer alles viel tegen, er is geen zwembad, in het restaurant heb je de keuze tussen 3 dingen, en deze 3 zijn elke dag dezelfde, als je er dus een week bent dan is je eten zeer eentonig, De koffiemachine was de hele week stuk, geen koffie dus. Het ligt erg verlaten, geen winkels, restaurants of café's in de buurt, je hebt dus een auto nodig. Het terras aan het hotel bestaat uit allemaal verschillende krakkemikkige stoelen en 5 tafels. Van light dranken hebben ze nog nooit gehoord, Het bad in de badkamer had een douche maar een douchegordijn was er niet, met als gevolg dat de hele badkamer telkens onder water stond. (we hadden dan nog wel de superior suite, ik vraag me af wat de standard dan was). Om het plaatje compleet te maken, toen we wilden betalen bij afreis werkte het toestel van de creditcards niet (toevallig) en moesten we onder begeleiding naar een naburig dorp (met de auto) om aan een locale bank geld uit de muur te halen ! Amel Young couple soliman, Tunisia August 30, 2012	le decor de la reception. Le fait de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude. Un seul savon pour 2. Le téléphone servait de décoration : on ne pouvait pas joindre la réception. Aucune télécommande pour la climatisation. La qualité de la chambre alors que nous avons réservé une "suite". Blerina Young couple cortona, Italy August 25, 2012	Camere spaziose e pulite. L’albergo si trova in una zona molto periferica sul mare. Vicino non ci sono centri abitati raggiungibili facilmente e per spostarsi ogni volta bisogna prendere il taxi. Per poterne avere uno bisogna chiedere alla reception che di solito fa venire macchine anonime al triplo del prezzo normale, altrimenti si rimane li. Potrebbe andare bene se cercate un posto dove chiudervi per un paio di giorni e stare solo al mare. Internet funziona solo nella hall dell’albergo. Personale della reception a volte non parla inglese. Troppo caro per gli standard sia tunisini che europei. Non ci tornerei un'altra volta.
