The toilet set was very tight and close to wall The breakfast buffet was poor could be better In room safe system was not working Small TV
Value for money is good front desk are really good
Breakfast should be focused through the breakfast period as announced ,a hotel like this should have a backup generator (experienced power outage)
This not the first time I stay in this hotel primarily because I have tried all others in the same price and services range and this by far the best (relatively speaking). Front desk staff attentive and professional. Room service excellent and efficient. Hot water in the shower. Rich breakfast. Good wifi. Reception changed my room to a quieter one when I asked. Water bottle offered in room the first day.
Rooms can get stuffy and no way to control the heating. Extremely annoying noise coming from bathroom airduct even with the door closed.
Noise when road james
Bathrom:shower excellent. Location for us was perfect. Chef de cuisine of Ital.Rest. great. Chef of Pub Churchill perfect.
swimming-pool and surounding poor - we expected (from the internet-picture) a place where we could stay for a few hours and relax.
The best was my visit to the Churchill Bar. It has a nice atmosphere and a good service.
Upon my arrival for a two night stay, fìrst my request to pay for only cancel one night was denied for no good reason, as I checked around 2 to 3 o'clock in the afternoon. They insisted that I pay for the two nights. They mentioned something about the low rate as an excuse, even though they didn't make it the reason. I had to pay and forced to stay for 2 nights, despite my desire to go to nearby touristic village. The Shisha "water pipe smoking device" place at the pool side didn't open despite the claim that it will. The restaurants were not pen as advertised.
Only the location . It was in the center of the down town.
Cartons and carpets must be change immediately . They need to install fly screen in the window. When I opened the window the Miskito enter to the room and bits me .
The quit sleeping
Location is not good
They get a lots of money with bad services and is not clean well and it's very bad hotel I spend my money
Big hotel with reasonable room size I stay there with my wife one night in our way to Libya it was very close to the air port 10 TUD Clean not like other hotel that I used to be but it's ok
I'm not exaggerating to say that this hotel is the worst one I've ever seen in my life.
Quite room to sleep
Staff service was rather poor. Facilities in deterioration. Couldn't get Internet connection in room, while they tout high speed Internet. Lobby more like a Tunisian souk rather than a 4 star hotel lobby. Food expensive for what they offer.
Nothing at all but i probably book it again next trip i like the bed most very comfortable.
This hotel must be less than three stars .
Toilet was dirty. I told it to reception they send someone to my room for cleaning and open drain of shower. When i was back to room everything is same.
Should the reception should take more deposit in state to hold the passport
The staff at the reception should not keep the passport of the gust & the cash staff should not give red cart to show that the gust paid. This matter show the gust treated as crim
The location and the food
I liked those guests whom looking good
1- the wc which into the rooms where you set and make your pepe is so tight and close to wall ( not comfortable) . 2- towls are not good enough , i have changed my room savelr times and one of five rooms i found good one. 3- you must send your booking.com stuff to check out those hotels. Thank you Yours Ibrahim khrwata
We requested two rooms with interconnected doors then isuddenly when we arrived they told us no such thing is available, furniture is old and broken, room service is very very slow if available ,as we requested a baby cot and after many calles they provided it the night of the second day...when we arrived late we requested some snacks for the children and they slept hungry as food was provided two hours later....at the end I don't know from where the hotel got its stars.
nothing never to go there
food was very low quality i was waiting for the chef to prepare plate of pasta for 30 min many dishes was empty as all the satff in harry to close the resto ....advise to get food from outside if u will visit this hotel morever ac problems ,
Size of the room and bathroom
Breakfast and pool
The hotel located on nice area close to Tunis airport. The rooms are clean and tidy and the pricing was not expensive. Food quality is good as well.
More employees need to be added to speed up the check out process as only one is leaving the customers in queue at mid day.
Nice rooms, parking, close to main avenues, strong wi fi signal
The hotel was comfortable and clean.
I hated dealing with the front desk staff... Customer service was not a priority!
hotel was large, rooms were large, air condition was good
staff were not very receptive. corridor areas we poor;y lit. breakfast was very basic
