A nice and clean beach. The receptionist Hedi and the cleaners on the second floor by the pool area were friendly and helpful. A quiet and nice area.

We booked two triple rooms through '' in July for a five night stay in August for us and our family. When we all arrived from Tunis at the hotel at about 2pm, we had to wait for a while to check in and once a lady receptionist attended to us, we asked her to be shown to our rooms. Both rooms shown to us were by the reception side and on the third floor and were so small with three beds aligned to one another that it looked almost impossible to move in and out of beds without hurting oneself! When we went back to the lady receptionist to ask her that those rooms were too small and that we had asked for and paid for triple rooms and not double rooms, she said that all their rooms were like that! when I insisted that it was not the case, she asked us to wait. Then, a male receptionist came and said they only have those types of rooms. I said that I would like to speak to someone from ''. I spoke to them twice to complain and spend about 5 Tunisian Dinars on the calls to only be shown 'proper' triple rooms on the basement and ground floors that strongly smelt of damp. At last, someone from '' rang the male receptionist who was dealing with us and he sounded very dimissive and rude on the phone. At last after three hours of waiting at about five o'clock we were asked to see another receptionist who is called Hedi and was more helpful than the previous ones, showed us two rooms on the second floor, not what we paid for but slightly bigger than the first ones. We had no choice but to take them after three hours of waiting even though they overlooked the outside of the restaurant with some unused furniture dumped there!

Nice Hotel with a great sea view. the hotel is close to almost nice places in this area. Good Food too. The most important is that staff were very friendly.

I felt that many guests were there
