I didnt like that they had no light to show the name of the hotel on arrival which was at night, then a few of the hotel staff were very friendly throughout, but most were very rude and ignorant and treated u like a thief, the food was terrible, and was mostly not cooked properly and the same rubbish every day, when asked for the light to be changed as the bulb went within the first few days, waited about 9 days and on our departure was still not replaced, ... they done absolutely nothing for anyone .. only the russian children group that was there, as soon as they left despite me being disabled with a broken hip they stopped the lifts working for my last 3 days, also they did not cook more food, and closed everything as if they no longer had any guests, despite having maybe 5 couples there, .. was very disappointed, room was only cleaned properly when we tipped the maid daily.. And she kept asking when we was leaving.. Then asked for medicine from uk as soon as she knew were we was from... In the dining room on occasion that I refused to eat their food, staff were hiding to see if I ate any of my husbands food, lol and when my husband got some water for the first time with his dinner .. a member of staff told him that he had to pay for this, also the last two days we ate breakfast to the staff painting and vanishing next to us in the dining room, with the strong horrendous smell whilst we ate.... Not to mention them filling the water bottles with tap water (me and my husband watched them do this) and also reheated food ( 5 times, just changed appearance) eventually turned into lasagne.. Breeding ground for bacteria and asking for food poisoning... Its such a shame cos it could have been lovely .. and was spoilt for the few decent staff that were there approx 4 of them... Out of many ...

Le réceptioniste était gentil et agréable. La réceptioniste pas souriante du tout!.pas d'eau chaude pendant deux jours impossible de se laver ou de faire un bain quel galére nous avons appelé la rèception qui nous on répondu en panne!.pas de savon dans la douche ni shampoing, nourriture toujour le meme menu et sans gout plus des frites pas cuite et les table sale bref fallais courrire apres le serveur pour avoir des couver.pas de piscine intereure.location de voiture hors de prix des voleur!trop de bruit dans les couloir pendant la nuits et surtout pas de lumiere dans les couloir la nuits on ni vois meme pas le numero de la chambre sur la porte quel galere!. La télé que 2 chaine enplus brouiller bref je déconseille fortement pour vacance en amoureux ou pour se reposser.

منظر حوض السباحة بالنسبة لفندق 4 نجوم الحجرة غير مفروشة ويوجد ضجيج من المهلة الليلي الموجود في الفندق السرير غير مريح وعندهم قانون غير مدت وب في الموقع وهو قفل المكيف من بداية شهر اكتوبر مع العلم انه مكتوب في مرفقات الفندق

La propreté de la chambre Nous arrivons à l'hotel et le receptioniste nous dit qu'il n'a pas recu notre réservation de booking.com et que l'hotel est complet. Nous avons donc du appelé booking.com pour qu'il appelle le receptioniste, pour qu'il leur explique comment regarder dans le dossier partagé de l'hotel et booking. Le receptioniste a dit qu'il sait pas comment regarder le dossier partagé dans l'ordinateur et il a envoyé chié Booking.com!!!! en disant de rappeler demain sa patronne !!! C'est du jamais vu. On est resté planté là. Booking.com ont été super rapide et nous a tout de suite proposé d'autres hotels plus luxieux en nous disant qu'on paiera pas la différence de prix. Bref, on allait quitté les lieux jusque qd le réceptioniste nous fait signe et comme par magie, il a retrouvé notre réservation. Fatigué et épuisé du voyage et des négociations à faire sans cesse en Tunisie, nous avons accepté.

Rien Pas de petit déjeuner Pas de piscine Pas d animation Hôtel vide ( seul dans l hôtel ) Pas d eau chaude Fuite dans la salle de bain ( eau jaune ) Je regrette d avoir réserver 3 nuit dans cette hôtel Pas de payement en carte bleu Un hôtel qui ne vaut même pas un étoile et pas 4

Los empleados,la picina,el precio,la ubicacion Si no me gusto el desayuno,el primer dia regular,el segundo no baje,el tercero todo frio el pan ,los bollos,puede que por la escaces de los huespedes los desayunos no les dan ahi importancia,el mes de octubre estaban todavia con la pentura del pasillo y algunas habitaciones.
