La ubicación, el precio y la infraestructura. El personal y el mal olor a tabaco por toda la recepción.

Etablissement à l'image du pays sans responsable ..... aucune hygiene (des cafards dans la chambre) le service est deplorable , la piscine et le spa dans un etat pitoyable le personnel incompetent. Le seul point positif est le prix pour ceux qui ne recherche que cela il n'y a rien a redire. Pour les autres à fuir absolument ........

Piscine magnifique et vue sur le desert, prix assez bas pour une chambre double avec petit dejeuner Petit dejeuner peu copieux et sans gout, personnel non professionnel et hotel de passage pour des groupes de touristes bruyants.

Le personnel est très chaleureux et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées ( climatisation, frigo ) et spacieuses. Le SPa n'est pas à la hauteur de l'image de l'hôtel au niveau de la propreté.

Beautiful location and facilities. No bath tubs, which is common in this part of the world. Not enough towels and pillows in room upon arrival. Service lacking. Most rooms were vacant which may have been the reason for limited service personnel (off season?)

I liked the high standard of the facilities, beautiful and well kept common areas, friendly and very helpful staff. It seemed that due to small numbers of guests staying at the hotel, there was not much food choices at the restaurant, it was either the Buffet for a fixed price or nothing. They only seem ready to cater for groups. Once the groups are gone, the place was deserted apart from 4 other couples.
