The chefs in the restaurant were very friendly and did all the best to provide special food for our daughter who is 3 and very fussy to eat. So they did a pasta, rice with no condiments specially for her and were very friendly all the time. There was no lift on the floor we were. We were with a pram and a toddler and had to fold every time going in and out. There is no refrigerator in the bedrooms, if you have children and want to keep water of juice or milk, you have to pay 5 Euros to use the refrigerator and collect it downstairs without a lift! And if your daughter wants a milk 3 in the morning?

The staffs and quietness and hotel design swimming pools No wi-fi in the rooms,no minibars in the rooms, the air condition is not working in the four rooms which I have booked ( the rooms numbers are 315-317-319-321) half board for 2 nights wensday 21 and thursday 22 of November the temperature goes below 15 centigrade at night without heating one person in double room and they request to pay for water and soft drinks in the dinner.

la gentillesse du personnel, le rapport qualité prix, le cadre même si l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant il est très agréable et les espaces verts très jolis et les activités autour de Tozeur sont très nombreuses et variées sur le site booking il y avait marqué qu'il y avait des peignoirs dans les chambres et il n'était pas précisé que les boissons pendant les repas (pourtant pension complète) étaient payantes mais l'hôtel nous a dit que c'était comme ça pour les clients booking. Booking devrait mettre son site à jour !

La très grande chambre avec sdb et wc séparés L'accès au centre ville à pied Séjour particulier car 4 touristes dans l'hôtel. Du coup, pas de buffet le midi mais un menu répété sur les 5 jours. Le soir, 2 ou 3 choix de plats. Je ne me sentais pas en vacances. Ma carte bancaire Mastercard n'a pas fonctionné ...

L'hôtel et son personnel font le maximum pour maintenir à niveau l'établissement malgré une fréquentation minime dû à la crise et aux reportages médias sur le magreb... Je recommande cet hôtel dans le cadre de l'aide humanitaire à ce pays qui en a grand besoin ! Pour le golf: idéal et pas cher. Notre semaine fut extra, et nous y retournerons certainement l'an prochain, et même pour un séjour plus long ! Partie Balnéo pas à la hauteur, employée peu agréable et peu serviable. Piscine couverte pas assez chaude !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. Nous avions des demandes très spécifiques et le directeur a tout fait pour y répondre de manière plus que satisfaisante. La chambre était confortable et propre et nous étions à 1/2h à pieds du centre ville. Nous avons en plus mangé un excellent repas de réveillon. Bref, un hôtel charmant à conseiller.

j ai aimé le comfort de cet hotel mais aussi la gentillesse du personnel tant pour la reception que le restaurant ,la situation geographique est interressante car , n etant pas au centre ville mais pas trop loin ,cela nous incite a faire un peu de marche ! rien

La grande chambre familiale. La piscine extérieure et intérieure. Il n'était pas prévu de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors car le vent de sable salit les tables et qu'il faut donc les rénettoyer à chaque fois ! Nous avons quand pris notre petit-dej dehors sur les tables poussiéreuses...

Absolument rien L'électricité disjoncte tous les soirs Les couvertures avec des taches de sang la nourriture une infamie. Le petit déjeuner pas bon et les repes fait avec des restes même pas de ketchup ou de fromage. De plus la note de l'hotel était supérieur de 50 euro au prix fait par booking avec pour simple explication le taux de change alors qu'en reprenant ils ont pris le montant de la réservation Hors taxes. En plus il n'y a pas de peignoirs dans les chambres ni de Wi-Fi et pour courroner le tout on est obligé de sortir les pulls et les vestes pour le diner et au petit dejeuner ainsi que dans le bar. Hotel a vraiment déconseillé. De plus le golf de Tozeur est absolument pas entretenu les farways ressemblent a des champs avec un peu d'herbe.
