Spa was good
Moody staff, not professional. Dirty knives, forks, spoons and plates etc. Fridge was leaking in the room. Booked taxi two days before to go airport but arrived 30 minutes late on the day. Food was very pricey at the restaurant. Fly sat on a dessert, showed the staff but he just waved the fly away and didn't remove the dessert. One staff made us rush and leave because it was closing time, even though we were still having our meal. Overall stay at the hotel was poor and not "five star" standard!
The loby was nice
The staff is deid
The location is great! Close to Marina and to South Medina
The breakfast is poor.
Swimming pool, Bar and restaurant.
Room was dirty including the bathroom. reception staff not very helpful unless you are Tunisian or German
only the sea view
very poor service
Tunisian people are wonderful and kind . But sadly their countryside and Cities are filthy, everywhere you go there is building and domestic garbage dumped in fields and Town Streets. I and my friends and family,+anyone whom I know who has visited Tunisia won't be going back there until there is an National Tunisian Cleanup. .
Food A La Carte .Very good BBQ.Near The Beach . Excellent,Food As Well Good,
I Have Book Connecting Rooms ,On the day I Check Inn They told sorry They can Not give me ,Due The Rooms I book The Guest Has Extend Hes Stay, This Absulotlly An Proffessional,If the Guest he Need Extend Hes Stay Very simple thay have to Moove Those Guest To Other rooms ,as Those Connecting Rooms Are Sold For That Partucular days , But No Choice Take What They give Or Leave The Place ..........
Location is fair.
At best a three star hotel. Everything other than proximity to the beach.
The service is disaster The waitress shout at the clients They force to eat what they recommend (which the most expensive food) You wait more than an hour till they take your order Disaster service Cheap people They ruin my vacation
everything else were rubbish, food, service,hospitality,etc...
unprofessional staff , tried to give me breakfast only , where my reservation and payment is for half board . prices of drinking water is too high , yet they don't allow you to bring drinking water from outside
Everything in this hotel is toooo bad
The swiming pool. The balcony of the rooms. Better to for the deluxe rooms to get better rooms on high floors... Some of the standard rooms on the ground floor don't have a private balcony as the neighbors can see you while seated in the balcony. Overall it was ok and quite during this season as it meant to be full by August.
The rudeness of some staffs. The food is always the same in the buffet specially the breakfast. Also breakfast staff are always in a rush to clear every thing at 10am sharp. In 5-10 min every thing is cleared. Breakfast service should be finishing at 10:30am like most hotels in the world.... Definately not a 5* standard hotel, should be max 3,5*
I chose this hotel because it was the host of a conference that I attended.
Many problems for paying. They had a different rate to the rate that I received from Booking. Therefore, they were trying all the time to convince me to pay the rate that they had. At the end I become angry and they accepted to respect the rate that I had in the Booking confirmation email. The WiFi is very bad in the rooms. The move me to another room with better WiFi, but it didn't work. The five stars are only in the paper. Food in the buffet very bad.
Nice and cozy lobby.. food / open buffet is good..
room floor not very clean.
The view and the breakfast
Not clean..definitely not a 5 star standard hotel..no bathroom amenities..housekeeping was filthy and room service was pathetic ..tv broke down wifi was horrendous..not value for money..could have stayed at another hotel for half the price of this one...even the staff were very rough and unfriendly
The whole stay, it's really wast of money
value for money; good service; prompt check in; vibe.
bathroom leaked; wash basin was blocked.
I d' like to back for another trip in the future.
The cervice very poor
nice 5 stars hotel
I think the food isn't good enough
good location, the Hotel is confortable
The hotel was wonderful! Close to the beach, big, big room. I loved the indoor pool. We had a great stay. We went in late November, so the weather wasn't great. But we got an excellent deal on the room.
For what we paid, nothing!
Quite and calm hotel to relax
Staff attitude to be more professional and especially more smiling
I like location ampient The staff in general very good specialy the director he is very lovly
