Doesn't lookalike a 4stars hotel; expensive ..

I like room design it is so beautiful and architecture of the building, the food is was good, but he have small problem it is about Mosquitoes because there is a big garden in front of it

Elegant and large room, cleanness in room, bathroom and toilet

Loud talking, loud noise, loud TV at 3.00 and 4.00 (!!!) o`clock in the morning from the next room, obviously by hotel personnel !!!

Hotel and rooms are beautiful, stylish and renovated. Location es very central and convient. I would even say better then the central boulevard which you can reach within 5 minutes.

Impossible to have a good nightrest. Rooms only have single glass windows with poor sound Isolation. Beacuase the hotel is situation between 2 main streets and Tunisians do not drive without making a lot of noise .... impossible to sleep well (and I am an easy sleeper!!). To add some more noise the minibar is equiped with a noisy compressor (I just unplugged it at night). Breakfast is basic which I do not mind. Only thing which made me unhappy is the sweet lemonade they servce instead of fresh juice. Just some fresh juice and a croissant and I would be a happy guest (croissants are ok btw).

Very noisy place.The reservation has been confirmed by booking.com but in hotel records were no records on booking. The staff was not able to issue the invoice. They explained it by some technical problem and promised to send me the bill via e-mail. So I paid without getting the bill. So far I haven't received the bill eventhough I remained them two times via e-mail. They even didn't answer.

Tussen 2000 en 2005 was ik zakelijk enkele malen in Majestic. Recent is het hotel gerenoveerd en in alle opzichten sterk verbeterd. De ligging in het centrum van Tunis is uiteraard niet veranderd, maar de kamers zijn schoon, ruim en licht - en alles werkt nu wel (!) Het ontbijt- en dinerbuffet is ruim gesorteerd en dagelijks gevarieerd. Met een wijntje of biertje vertoeven op het terras (op de eerste etage, dus boven de straat) is ontspannend. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De l'extérieur, très bel immeuble. Chambre (single supérieure) très spacieuse avec un petit balcon. La déco est viellotte mais cela a son charme.

Accueil inexistant. Froideur du personnel. J'ai trouvé un support de savon et le verre à dent encore plein de traces des locataires précédents (traces de dentifrice au fond du verre). Au bar, la télévision diffuse en permanence un chaîne musicale (MTV locale) même lorsque à côté il y a une fête avec musiciens !!! Le pire? Le repas. Buffet très cher pour des plats qui n'ont rien de tunisien (oeuf mayonnaise, pâtes, ..) et rien de savoureux. A éviter absolument.

J'ai aimé la possibilité de manger ou boire quasiment 24h/24.

A la réception, le personnel peu aimable,n'a aucun plan à disposition et pour cause : il existe un réseau d'escrocs qui part de l'hôtel pour vous guider à la Médina n'hésitant pas à utiliser les grands moyens pour intimider allant jusqu'à suivre les jeunes filles et s'adonner à un attouchement en plein souk ! Notre fille s'est sentie en danger et nous étions près d'elle!
