Majestic Hotel    

Mi habitación erá muy grande. El edificio es antiguo pero renovado. Es un Hotel ubicado en el Centro ni demasiado grande ni demasiado perqueño.

Lo ridiculo del mini-bar. Frigorífico vacío. Se tiene que llamar a room-service cada vez que se quiere algo y no hay manera que te dejen un abridor de botellas, así que, a pesar de tener el frigo lleno de botellas, hay que llamar al room-service para abrir una botella. El desayuno es pobre. El Spa cierra a las 20.00h, que es cuando acababa mi jornada de trabajo y hubiese podido acudir.

El personal muy atento y disponible. los servicios de buena calidad. al ser un día feriado cene en el hotel y la comidad de muy buena calidad. esta situado para conocer el centro de Tunez caminando. volvería la próxima vez allí.

La habiacion era grand y confortable. Personal encargado del desayuno, muy atento.

La ubicación, mucho mejor es estar en la avenida principal, la ubicacion del botel daba miedo sallir. Personal del hotel era gente extraña, que querian hacer negocio contigo... me ofrecian llevarme a Hammamet por 80 euros en su auto personal. Al final me fui en uno compartido que me costó 2 euros. Las habitaciones son antiguas y muy poco acogedoras.

Un hotel relativamente económico.

El trato en general era desagradable. Se dirigen a los huéspedes con cierta indiferencia e incluso el día de irnos nos llaman a la habitación a las doce menos cinco para que nos marcharamos. Nosotros en ese momento estábamos saliendo y llegamos a la recepción a las doce menos un minuto. No se trata así a los turistas si quieres que vuelvan,

Nice old building in lively part of Tunis, spacious room and recently renovated bathroom. Perfectly situated bar and terrace on first floor overlooking the street. Good breakfast, and friendly staff overall.

The location is the best point. The spa session with jacuzzi was perfect for my relaxation. The staff working always very friendly with me. The room and toilet were big,very confortable even though it was always quite cold,difficult to keep it warm. The hotel is clean in general, and the ladies hk always did a great job cleaning my room daily. Good security and very friendly bellmen.

Even though the hot air was always on,the room was normally cold. The tv channels are very poor,not very clear and not english international channels. Not much variety in room service menu,though the staff was always trying to make their best. Very poor menu in the bar cafeteria, vey cold ambience. The rooms could have better welcome with some fruits or boiler for coffe or tea.

Menu limited in the restaurant. Last night even I paid my diner cash, I find the bille in the reception system as not paid, and that took a time to get a confirmation because the night personel has left, but I felt that was not a technical mistake....the time when leaving is precious, it is better to check most of the things 1 days early, better then corect the mistakes at the last time to go to airport. "Don't trust all smiles"

Hotel Room Window Glasses are not Sound Proof which's led to a lot of Noisy Coming From the Movement of the Street .

Good price, we pay 50 per night and the room was confortable and spacious. The location is good, near habib Bourguiba and about 15 minutes walking to the medina. The hotel in general is good.

We stay twice, the first night we room we stay was nice and all good, but the second room was worse...the shower had nothing to keep water out, no screen to avoid water, therefore all the water fell, flooding the bathroom. We also found some hairs in the bathroom. -No maps or turistic info Be careful if you need a taxi dont ask in reception for it, because if you do you pay 25TD when the run cost 5TD. The first day we pay only 5TD and the second time, we expected the same price and surprisingly when we arrive to the airport the cost was 25TD and we did not so much money because it was our last day in Tunisia. We had a bad time, because the taxi driver phoned to the hotel and they confirmed that it was so, when the day after a staff member told me that the real price was 5TD.

We travelled during the month of Ramadan and found the hotel to be very impressive. The hotel staff and porters were very hospitable and attentive and the hotel also offers a good currency exchange service. It is ideally located in the centre of Tunis and the Medina/souk are within a leisurely walking distance. We found we had to barter for everything - which was fun at times. A note of warning - the taxi ride to the hotel from the airport shouldn't cost more than five dinars tours cost 3dinars and that was with a fair bit of traffic). Just make sure the counter is on and you will be fine.

The only complaint I would have about is the quality of the breakfast. As we were fasting, we were expecting something slightly more substantial. Breakfast consisted of banana cake (odious!!), occassionally a bread roll which could break your teeth, fresh fruit and a pot of coffee and milk. If you are ordering room service and decide to pay in cash, try and get some kind of receipt. We regularly paid for our meals and upon checking out, we were told there was a payment outstanding! We were baffled and it soon became apparent that one of the waiters had pocketed the money. Fortunately the situation was quickly resolved and we were on our way!

Grand old style hotel, nice big rooms, high ceilings. Nice staff. Would stay again.

They extended their check-in time as our plane was delayed. Also it is right in the centre of Tunis
