Clean, the staff are so kind, wide rooms, location,... It needs a lot of maintaince, many things are not working and it cannot be raterd as a 5-star hotel (Max. 3) I.e the door of mini-fridge was not closing,... |

Great view on the sea and pool, room is big, and shoping and food stores are close too. It can't be a five star hotel the mini bar and the facilities in the room are so poor the bathroom is poor too. I paid to much for poor non five star hotel. To summarize try other 5 star hotels in the area. |

Não existe nada que que possa referir de que tenha gostado durante a minha estadia neste hotel, a não ser a decoraçãodas casas de banho. Hotel em condições de conservação muito deficientes. Existe a sensação de que possivelmente já terá sido um bom hotel. Roupa de cama de má qualidade e com mau odor. |

Si faceva fatica ad entrare nella stanza del wc perchè la porta si apriva soltanto per un quarto della sua luce. ( circostanza ampiamente contestata direttamente durante il soggiorno ) |

Le hall d'entrée est grandiose et le petit cocktail de fruits frais à l'arrivée fait bien plaisir! Le fait de ne rien payer avant (pour valider la réservation, ou même un acompte) est très agréable :-) Le "problème" c'est que la chambre réservé ne se situait pas dans le batiment principal grandiose, mais dans un bâtiment attenant, moins grandiose.. Mais propre. Mais du coup obligé à chaque fois de rejoindre l'autre aile (200 mètres) pour aller au restaurant ou à la piscine principale. |
