- Location - Clean - Staff

- Breakfast needs some changes and improvments. Same menu each day during 1 week - Staff is nice and smiling, however , they are sometimes late in answering your requests (It takes 15 min to have the bagagist, 15 min to have water). - Staff is also late But all in all, the experience is still very good.

Location and hotel decoration.

Staff in main restaurant was unprofessional. Had leak in the bathroom that was not fixed although we informed from day one and stayed for 3 nights.

Hotel has a great view on a private beach of Gammarth. The spa center has a sauna room, a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi, and many room massages. My room is clean, quite. The room service (diner) is quite perfect.

The wifi stops in the corridor, there isn't wifi in the room. The spa center is isolated from the rooms area, that means you should walk outside to get there. That isn't comfort in the winter.

Great location! Magnificent view of the sea :) the hotel staff are great especially the receptionists. Food is great as well. I like the seafoods.

The only thing i wish to improve is to have easy access to the ammenities especially for the rooms which are located at the end of the hallway. Its a quite far walk from My room goint to the reception and restaurant.

The hotel layout and theme.

The staff and the service was not upto standard at all. I ordered american coffee with milk at the lobby and got cappuccino which was arrogantly replaced. I had breakfast without my coffee on another occasion and had to wait over ten minutes to get a spoon.

seasıde rooms are far away from the reception and key system didn't work several times and nobody came and helped. I did it going to reception and replacing everything. Fans in the bath were very noisy . Service at the restaurants are very poor due to less service people.

I liked the location, the lobby and the pool side. Staff was nice and friendly

The rooms were humidd, and water cold, could not get warm water for shower!!!! Hotelmanagement was really greedy, booked executive room but did not got any extras, no water or fruit in the room, nothing, very surprising knowing that I stayed for 4 nights....no commercial gestures, even with my shower issue...requesting for upgrade or changing room but no success.

The internet network wasn't work

Absolutely liked SPA (massage is professional), restaurants (breakfast is rich and dinner is tasty), helpful staf everywhere (swimming pool area, reception) and decisions people take opposite your approaches. So, we were presented suite with late check-out when we found water on the floor in our executive room (smth wrong with pipe in cooling system) - normal behaviour to customers with respect.

I suppose management could pay more attention and develop entertainments in the hotel.

Good location in the city - not far from the city center and the airport, cleanliness of the rooms and other facilities, friendliness of the staff, relative safty.

- The hotel security personnel have been noisy during the nights we spent in the hotel (Our room were facing the sea, in compliance with our request). - WiFi Internet was not accessible from my room. Which has forced me to spend unnecessarily long hours in the lobby to work on my computer. Access to good Internet connection from the rooms in of utmost important to me.

Un poco caro, no tiene la misma calidad que los hoteles de la misma cadena en Europa. Mal olor en los baños.
