Location was good, security was tight, facilities were top level. The young man at the egg table at breakfast was very nice and attentive.
You pay the highest rates in town and get, in return, terrible service. Not enough people in restaurant to clean tables, I found myself often balancing plates in my hands next to a dirty table, waiting for someone to show up and clean it. Except for some very few, like the lady who handled my check-in, staff was disrespectful and dismissive. Calling from room was useless since no one answered the phone, unless I called massage spa or tour agency (one of the paying services). Rooms are not sound-proof, so when the neighboring hotel had its entertainment nights, with sound blasting at highest levels, even at 10pm, I had to put up with it until it ended. Complaints of noise to the hotel were met with derision and shrugging shoulders. Upon insistence, I was told I would "get an upgrade" and be moved to the opposite wing of the hotel. The so-called upgrade was, in fact, a smaller room with no view (the original had a balcony). And the food, although overcharged to the point of being ridiculous, was not tasty. Pretty much every single alternative restaurant near the hotel had better food at more reasonable prices. Sadly it is a gorgeous structure run to the ground by awful management and service. I strongly, strongly recommend not staying here, as the cost/benefit ratio runs among the worst I have encountered.

Room service : poor offer + slow + midnight call with the request to leave a staff for room service outside the door : that was done already before and they woke up all the family!!! can not find oppotunity and agency to buy all inclusive option

Breakfast buffet was okay and also the lunch one wasn't bad.
Very very late check in, it meant to be at 3 pm ,I probably arrived at 5:30 by that time my room should have been ready but it didn't I had to wait till 7 probably to get into my room , Little advice you would lose nothing if you called a couple of hours before u arrive with hope that u may have ur room cleaned and ready!!!!
I like the location and some of the facilities.
The charge for room too high. also the charges for room services to high . towels are not new and clean also bathroom not complete with stuff. also they refuse to expect relatives and visitors in hotel loopy or rooms. they charging any child 60 dinnar for swimming in the swimming pool.

Clean, nice comfortable rooms, good food in evening at different restaurants. Friendly staff, internet connection excellent(wifi and LAN). Good other facilities like ATM, shop, great gym/fitness room!
It is the country/location I know, but many bugs and other creatures at the beach at evening diner. Sometimes the staff at the beach grill bar or at the terrace is more busy with their cellphone then helping the customer. Overall they help you with good attention and friendly.

the planned time of arrival by the hotel is 15:00 my arrival at the hotel reception was at 16.00, room n 'was not ready, I found already the maid now prepare this room after he had to change another room but this room was not like I book a deluxe room has double bed, the breakfasted this was very thin with a covered table that will not pa with class hotel the payment was at the reception upon arrival, I'm sorry for a 5 star hotel that did have anything with this classification.
