The room was clean, coffee maker was present - staff was friendly! .

Missing sweatener (diat sugar) :-) - otherwise all was fine and I enjoyed the stay very much. However the price was a bit high in comparison to others and the whole economic situation. Food was quite expensive

Service at reception and the cleaning of the rooms was excellent. a large selection of TV channels was available.

Service at the bar and in the restaurant was slow and below standard. The bar and restaurant could be much improved if it was made a non-smoking area. Use of the gym should be free to hotel guests.

The rooms are clean , the breakfast is good , location is great.

Room service responds in a rude way, i need to call them 3-4 times as a reminder for my request.

The rooms are decent. The rooftop bar & lounge is apparently nice - when open ( not in winter ).

The lobby is part of the cafe which is right next to the restaurant. It whole lot is smoky and crowded. Very smoky.

Well located and a decent Hotel. However, the bit Hotel is bit expensive compared to other similar level of Hotels in Tunis. In the Room price Breakfast is not included which is bit disappointing. Otherwise I enjoyed staying in this Hotel.

Very friendly staff.. Cosy and Comfortable.. Peaceful and quiet.

Small swimming pool and fitness center.. Breakfast can use a little more imagination and effort and can avoid tin can fruits. In general you can smoke anywhere in Tunisia, so thats not the hotel's problem.

As it is a Novotel, you get no surprise and you know what you will found. Wifi for free is a good point. And no ladies running around for some special ...activies is also a godd point Clean and safe , close to center and close to motorway as welll as the airport.

Quite expensive for a NOvotel but the brand is in general overpriced.

The cost of selecting a room with a cancellation option is too high - almost the cost of an extra night... Not good for a business traveller...

Small rooms.The price is similar to a 5 star hotel but you don't get the same services. Taxi drivers outside of the hotel are kind of authorized to cheat hotel clients by imposing higher tariffs (normally by switching taximeters on nighttime tariff).

O fiyata hemen yanındaki partner otel Ibis'te daha ucuza kalsaydım daha iyiydi. Çünkü banyoda ne büyütücü ayna, ne aksesuarlar vs neredeyse bişey yoktu ilk defa böylesine rasladım.

Incompétence du personnel service bar. Buffet petit-déjeuner faible. Mauvaise qualité de la finition des chambres
