La plage La nourriture (pas assez variée, pas très raffinée, les 2 restaurants spécifiques avec réservations ne sont qu'un doublon du grand restaurant), une des personnes de l'accueil peu coopérante, par contre Monsieur omar aloui est une personne remarquable de serviabilité et gentillesse. A noter que je me suis fait voler mon portable mais la réception m'a fait payer les appels que j'ai du donner suite à ce vol notamment aupres de mon opérateur téléphonique, l'animation (notamment les spectacles du soir) pas très originaux et sans grande qualité

- Plage superbe - piscines intérieure et extérieure très propres - chambres spacieuses - personnel sympa - spectacle du soir sympa - Pas de yaourts ou de compote pour les enfants dans le restaurant de l'hotel - Connexion WIFI catastrophique (+ de 20 min pour de connecter) - Pas d'AQUAPARC

Sincèrement, mon épouse et moi-même avons été bluffé. Accueil, par Monsieur Samir , le directeur de la clientèle, un homme charmant et très serviable, à l'arrivé, un personnel aux petits soins, une chambre moderne (tv lcd avec port usb, deco contemporaine mais en harmonie avec la région) et surtout des plats bons et variés. Coté ambiance, rien a dire , ville calme, on ne vois pas la révolution à part dans l'aéroport car ce dernier est vide. Pour allez en ville, demander un taxi avec compteur et n'optez pas pour les forfaits.

The room was clean and the service was excellent! There was a large variety of food and beverages 24/7. Fun games and activities for families with several swimming pools and a playground for children. Easy to get tranport to the center of Monastir and to Sousse. There was to much algae in the sea and the swimming pools were rather small.
