Pleasant and quiet place but not honest as price was inflated and that bothered me.. The price of the suite because i actually had to pay 213 euros instead of the 177 plus 20 euro for the extra bed. |

The view from the balcony was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. Great shower pressure! The breakfast which was included in the rate was fabulous! I was disappointed that a hotel this size, almost 300 rooms, had only two restaurants to choose from when we were there, one being Italian and the other a buffet style restaurant. |

Le confort de l'hôtel, l'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel, l'accès direct sur la plage. J' ai trouvé que les tarifs des soins esthétiques étaient trés élevés, parfois aussi couteux qu'en France, à prestation équivalente . |

Une situation,une dimension,une qualité de prestations qui en font sûrement une référence de premier ordre pour Djerba. La prise en charge des enfants de 4ans à 12 ans. La plage les piscines les restaurants ... Un "service" de qualité mais qui pourrait encore s'améliorer. Un manque de souplesse dans l'heure de libération des chambres. Une "animation" standard pour les adultes et inexistantes pour les ados. |

スタッフの対応も良く、快適に過ごすことができました。子供が熱を出してしまったのですが、フロントにお願- いしたところすぐに医者を派遣してもらうことができ助かりました。街からは離れたホテルなので不便といえば- 不便ですが、ビーチやプールサイドでゆっくり過ごしたい方にはオススメです。 |

Personnel de l'hôtel, l'omniprésence dans tout les services du directeur de l'hôtel..etc La gestion approximative de la piscine (il faut se lever très tôt pour avoir des places, un seul serveur pour plus de 200 transats, le danger de la bouée attachée avec une corde en plein milieu de la piscine des enfants…etc). |

Het feit dat men je als vakantieganger met rust laat en enkel indien zelf gevraagd - zonder opdringerig te zijn- te beschikking is om allerhande wensen/vragen uit te voeren/te beantwoorden. Het feit dat men zowel in de lobby als in het hoofdrestaurant (!) mag/kan roken... Dit zou in geen enkel (Radisson) hotel in Europa of VS kunnen. Gelukkig waren de plafonds zeer hoog... Het hotel heeft ruimte zat, ook buiten, dus wat is het probleem ? |

La spiaggia, la piscina, la silenziosità delle camere, la scelta dei ristoranti. La cucina, in particolare del ristorante Zafferano la professionalità dello chef Luca. Non ho gradito il mancato rispetto della mia prenotazione. Avevo richiesto una Ambassador suite e una junior suite e mi sono state assegnate 2 junior suite. |

La possibilita' di rilassarsi con massaggi e trattamenti di vario tipo ed inoltre di accedere alle strutture dell'hotel, quali piscina indoor etc. I trattamenti e i massaggi, sicuramente di buona qualita', in generale sono stati alquanto costosi confrontati con i prezzi europei. La pulizia delle camera e' stata sostanzialmente carente. |

La gentillesse, la qualité et la quantité du personnel, les espaces, la conception et la décoration, la possibilité de fumer partout sans incommoder son voisin ni être incommodé, les attentions permanentes du dg de l'hotel, un fonctionnement remarquable du chauffage et d'internet dans la chambre, etc... Cet hôtel mérite ses 5 étoiles ! |
