The central heating - as it was quite chilly when we stayed
do not even try! it was quite laud and no internet available in the rooms...
Staff, Room very dirty with cockroaches all over the room. very loud noise from the hotel pub all the night
The location is very good. The sandy beach is too close and the Medina, too
The breakfast is very ascetic. Problems with the solidarity stamp-no sufficient to everybody.
You get what you pay for. Fantastic restaurant l'es argot near Hama hotel up the road.
We had a room at the side very noisy all night. They changed it to the front no bother and it was very quiet.
So close to sandy beach. And the place you can have breakfast is tasty.
In the rooms there is no internet connection.
Helpful staff. Residence close to the sea, good beach, near the Medina, close to train station.
During the night, a loud noise, loud music(in front of the windows disco bar). Very poor breakfast.
Good view of the beach. Friendly staff and helpful. WiFi in business area. Good food. I will stay there again when I go back.
Location The view
Glasses were dirty The soap was opened
Sea view from bedroom is incredible. Very central.
the location was good
The room was bare, not too clean, smelled of smoke, & was very cold!! My husband & I got sick. There was heat at 8 PM, but it took a long time to warm the room. I would not recommend this hotel Just down the street was La Gondole, which was an excellent value, great staff, clean & "warm".
Location, location, location and friendly staff and the view on the sea!
First, I believe I paid 17.3 TD more that the fee of the time of booking (£74, i.e. 177.6 TD). Second, the rooms need maintenance. Example: the toilet seat was a bit broken and "bites". As I already changed room once, I did not want to keeping moving from one room to another. The hotels does not have a real reception area, but a tiny one. More importantly, I can't call the breakfast included a breakfast, but a poor one.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great sea view. Kitchen to prepare your own meal. Money exchange in the hotel. Breakfast is searved in the cafe downstairs, but it can also be served in the room, where there is a table and too chairs.
Toilet needs renovation. You better need to use plastic shoes in the shower. You need to buy your own detergent to wash the dishes - there is a nearby supermarket.
Staff was very kind. location is also very good, close to medina (old city).
Like many other hotals in tunisia hygine and cleanliness is quastinable but not that bad.
