Résidence Loued  

The Hotel was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it was a quiet peaceful relaxing place to stay.

The shower was a little messy, but okay to use. The swimming pool could have done with somebody using a net on each day to remove some of the bugs and leaves.

We (my wife and I) arrived one day earlier than our original date of booking and the hotel was fully booked. The owner(or Manager?) offered to let us stay in his house; but later he was able to find a room for us in the hotel in the later evening. He even asked the hotel chef (his wife?) to cook us a Tunisian dinner and did not want us to pay for it. The room he offered to us is clean, comfortable and spacious (the bath room is big and artistically decorated in Arabic style). The hotel staff who brought our luggage to the room was super friendly and so was the receptionist (they all speak fair English). We were deeply impressed and returned to this hotel for another two nights after our overnight Desert tour.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, and spoke great English. They also cooked us a great Tunisian dinner.

The room was a bit cold, probably because it was so big and only had one a/c hot/cold unit to heat it.

Very very nice place to stay in Tozeur. Staff is very friendly and English speaking. Rooms are very nice and a look over the Palmeraia. Swimming pool is nice and clean. There is internal parking space for 1-2 cars and some motorbikes, but you better book it!

The staff are very helpful. They gave me two choices of rooms to pick. I love the rooms which are all spacious with beautiful and traditional design. The staff also gave me a better price disgard the commission he need pay for booking.com

1. the WiFi connection is not quite stable

- Everything you can think about is perfect. Especially the one on the reception Mrs. Mabroke. She is really helpful. The staff is working as a tourism guide more than a worker. The pool under the shadows of date trees, the room style, wifi is free in every part of the hotel...The best in Tunisia, that i have seen.

Great heated? Pool, lovely to get supper by poolside. Spacious appartment with veranda. Quiet secluded location on adge of palmeraie. Very frinedly and polite manager. Very helpful when we had to have our hire car repaired locally.

I didn't get a discount for not using one of the rooms I had booked or for having a child under twelve which is advertised in the hotel as a discount but not on the website. All hotels give discount for children,. Kitchenette not really well equipped, gas cooker without gas, only one electric ring usable. Evening meal food imported from restaurant: vegetarian dish contained bits of meat.

It is a gorgeous hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and competent. Service was great. We have been very happy with this place.

Friendliness of the personal, nice rooms, good location next to the oasis and still close to the center.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a peaceful location, but not too far from the center of the town. The room was huge and clean, as was the bathroom. I wish we could have stayed longer!

La taille de la chambre, le frigo, le calme. L'accueil sympa et serviable, j'ai pu rentrer ma voiture qui a dormi au bord de la piscine, une première ;o)

Le petit déjeuner est rustique, pas de buffet, produits pas très reluisants servis à table par personnel souriant. Literie de piètre qualité. Pas facile à trouver.

Piscine pas propre (baignade impossible) fourmis dans la baignoire ici et la l'entretien de la residence laisse a desirer.

Très agréable. Hôtel légèrement en retrait du centre mais proche de la palmerais, donc tranquille. Chambres spacieuses et bien tenues. Belle ambiance.

Excelente situación junto al palmeral, el centro urbano y el río; arquitectura integrada en el entorno; diseño acogedor, cálido y agradable; staff muy profesional; recepción con toda la info del entorno; excelente relación calidad/precio; se aparca gratis dentro del hotel.

Cuarto de baño algo reducido

Tout est parfait, rapport qualité prix il n'y a pas mieux, si vous souhaitez trouver le calme, la servitude , la proximité, la fraîcheur le repos , la gentillesse du personnel, la disponibilité, et les petits plus qui font que l'ouede est l'etape indispensable a tous ceux qui recherchent le plus su plus tout est parfait il faut absolument aller ici a l'ouede et pas ailleurs.

Le cadre dans la palmeraie, la tranquillité du lieu tout en étant proche du centre ville, l'espace dans les pièces, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel
