Location is ideal. Internet should be free for the Hotel guests in all parts of the Hotel and Food at the Buffet restaurant had nearly finished by 22:00hrs which should not be the case!!

I didnt like th fact that when i wanted to order room service a pizza t 4pm when i just arrived after a long trip they said that the daw is not ready o make the pizza so i was obliged to order a very poor club sandwich that came with fries and an already used and almost empty ketchup bottle.this cannot be acceptable in a sheraton hotel.plus the second day when the clean the room they removed the used bath towels without putting new one.

the friendlyness of the staff and cleanliness that the was no milk in the room the time i wanted to have some coffee,otherwise all is good.I suggest i would be the best if you combine the room room rate with breakfast rate

Quite large. Good restaurants. They didnt provide towels for 2 straight days. I had to call them and responded after 25 min later. Low connectivity of wifi (despite paying good td for it)

موقع الفندق ممتاز وخصوصا لرجال الأعمال عدم وجود فريق مؤهل لتقديم الوجبات حيث يغلب عليهم النسيان مما يدل على عدم الإهتمام الكامل بالنزلاء دورة المياة لا يوجد بها حذاء مخصص التكييف سيء للغاية في الغرف وأسواء بكثير في اللوبي

الغرف واسعة جدا بالاضافة الى التراس ( البلكون) المشكلة تشويش بعض قنوات التلفيزيون وبطء الانترنت والباقي كل شي ممتاز والطاقم كله متعاون.

L'hotel è ubicato a 10 minuti di taxi dal centro di Tunisi (traffico permettendo). L'albergo non è nuovissimo ma è pulito e lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. Poiché vi ho soggiornato solo una notte per motivi di lavoro, non ho potutousufruire dei servizi disponibili come piscina interna, centro fitness e spa, che ho visitato velocemente e mi sono sembrati in linea con lo standard sheraton. I corridoi di accesso alle stanze hanno I soffitti molto bassi e sembra che manchi l'aria! L'altro aspetto assolutamente negativo è la moquette....la detesto!!!

Localização Este hotel está muito longe de `ter qualidade para usar sigla "Sheraton". Pequeno almoço fraco, quarto de banho inferior a alguns hoteis de 3 estrelas, atoalhados pequenos , maus e muito usados. Este hotel não é digno de 5 estrelas
