Sheraton Tunis Hotel & Towers  

Location is ideal.

Internet should be free for the Hotel guests in all parts of the Hotel and Food at the Buffet restaurant had nearly finished by 22:00hrs which should not be the case!!

I like it is open area, location, calmness, and large area of the lobby

Have been obliged to try 3 room before getting the correct one: 1st one No Smoking 2nd one Wifi not working 3rdcorrect one

I didnt like th fact that when i wanted to order room service a pizza t 4pm when i just arrived after a long trip they said that the daw is not ready o make the pizza so i was obliged to order a very poor club sandwich that came with fries and an already used and almost empty ketchup bottle.this cannot be acceptable in a sheraton hotel.plus the second day when the clean the room they removed the used bath towels without putting new one.

Finally a Hotel in Tunis of real international standart, nice location, view over the city, beautiful and modern room

The staff is not very helpful. If there is an issue nobody feels responsible for you

Rooms are well sized, hotel is clean and the food is good.

Internet is abit dodgy at times and the service is not up to the sheraton standards but overall hotel is good

The bigest problem I faced is that they changed the room charge per day compare to what I booked throw booking .com ....I spoke to them and they didnt do anything about it

The Spa

The Service - blow any standards; takes ages to order anything, you have to chase people even to sign bills; location - not in the center as advertised (not far, but not walkable); Bar closes some days of the week; not a Sheraton level - services-wise

Le cadre est vraiment très beau, le buffet au bord de la piscine la nuit avec orchestre très agréable , chambre très confortable avec balcon, velle vue, clim efficace, bouteille d'eau offerte tous les jours(vu la chaleur c'est appréciable !). Le petit déjeuner somptueux ( excellent jus de fraises fraiches,citronnade....). Le personnel tres serviable, souriant...Les repas ne sont pas très chers, les chambres calmes...trajet en taxi jusqu'à la Medina rapide ds les 2-3 dinars, jusqu'à Carthage vers les 8-9dinars...Bref tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour

*La connexion internet payante dans les chambres . En fait on peut se connecter dans le hall, 1h...renouvelable (peut-être)...ceci dit on m'a retiré les frais d'Internet au vu du manque de clarté des explications. * les zones non fumeurs sont trop rares et peu respectées nb . ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais les taxis cherchent souvent à arnaquer le client : donc demander que le compteur soit mis en marche, trajet aeroport- Sheraton tarif jour : 4 à 5 DInards. En cas de probleme relever tous les numéros sur le toit du taxi et signaler à l'hôtel.

La réaction de la Directrice de l'établissement qui à géré de façon professionnelle, diplomatique et très appropriée une situation très négative quant à la qualité de la chambre attribuée. BRAVO !! La qualité des restaurants, et la réactivité des personnels de service

- Le fait de réserver par le net en exprimant ses souhaits et de s'apercevoir que rien n'a été pris en compte. Le côté "butté" de certain membre de la réception. La qualité très moyenne des chambres classiques avec un budget néanmoins dans la moyenne des grands établissement internationaux

Localisation de l'hotel et confort de l'établissement, en particulier sa piscine

Petit dejeuner un peu décevant: sirop d'orange industriel à la place d'un vrai jus d'oranges tunisiennes, en pleine saison de récolte !
