The hotel was clean and airy and the staff were nice. Definitely good value for money.

Some of the male staff kept touching our young blonde blue eyed daughter which became a little annoying. There wasn't a lot of variety in meals and not much information about other things that were included. We found out after the event that we could have attended a 'cultural' evening in the Medina which had we known would have been a good experience. Maybe an information leaflet could be provided to guests upon arrival as to what is and is not included and what other restuarants you can eat in as part of the all inclusive package.

The bed .... instated of having a Queen size bed ... I got 2 single beds conjoin to each other ... and not comfortable for couple ... although I booked a coupled room not a twin bed room the covered swimming pool is accessible only during 3 hr ... from 12:00 to 14:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm the beach wasn't nice .... you had to walk 400 m to other hotel beach to get a clean sand beach

The reception people are very nice samir and Lenda many thanks. And clean rooms the animation team are fine but they need to work more the bar guys are bad as the waiters on the restaurant is same but the food are very good the pool as well is good but the beach is very bad it's a shim to be a5* hotel beach The location is good as you are only 2m from cartage land

They overcharged for airport pick up at 80 Euros when we later discovered a car and driver all day is only 75 Euros (150 Dinar)

They charged me in advance for the entire stay (at the time of check- in). Furthermore, my schedule changed, due to cancellation of my flight home and I had to leave 2 days earlier. I told the reception about the new schedule, but they refused to refund me (even by charging a cancellation fee). Their excuse was that this was "their policy"...

This was our second time staying here and all of the staff remembered our names, our drink preferences, even our previous room number. We cannot fault the hotel or the staff at all. The staff cannot do enough for you.. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return for a third time!!

The worst 5-star hotel I have stayed in yet. Food is terrible; old beat- up television screen...

From the reception staff to the pool side staff, security guards and cleaners all staff were friendly and willing to help the animation crew was brilliant involving wverybody on the activities aqua aerobics was exceptionally good.

I didn't like he hotel photographers who agreed to give me 22 pictures for 100 dirhams and only put 16 on the cd, I also was told by the hotel henna applied that it would last four weeks she charged 40 dirhams for myself and my two young children, I have been back in the uk for four days and the henna tattoo is none existent.

Das Hotel ist, wen es denn Tunesien sein soll, wohl das beste in Hammamet. Sehr freundliches Personal, annehmbares Essen, günstiger Preis, guter Pool und eine gute Bausubstanz. Wir waren über Ostern in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel war wohl wegen der schlechten politischen Situation in Tunesien alles andere als voll. Am Wochenende kamen wir wohl auf einen Auslastungsfaktor von 30%. Unter der Woche vielleicht 10%. Das ist richtig schade für ein so gutes Hotel. Das Personal freut sich sichtlich, wenn es mal bei All-Inclusive ein Bier zapfen darf. Wer also auf ein Hotel steht, wo fast mehr Personal statt Gäste sind, dann ist er hier richtig aufgehoben. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Sogar das Bier war in Ordnung! Unbedingt All-Inclusive nehmen, da es sonst sehr teuer wird.

Ob Tunesien das richtige Reiseland ist muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Wenn dieses Hotel z.B. in der Türkei wäre, dann käme keiner daran vorbei. Man merkt an allen Stellen, dass die Touristen fehlen. Es fehlt also das Geld, auch für kleine Instandhaltungsaufgaben am oder im Hotel. Das Reinigungspersonal könnte auch mal unter den Betten wischen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel aber Super.

A szálloda fekvése fantasztikus, a kilátás pazar a tengerre néző szobákból. A személyzet barátságos, segítőkész. A svédasztalos reggeli és vacsora nagy választékot kínált. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! :)
