Personnel aimable chaleureux et toujours à disposition à tous les niveaux, les serveurs le personnel administratif et d'entretien ainsi que les animateurs ont toujours le sourire. Cuisine variée et soignée. Chambre spacieuses et confortable. Situation de l'hôtel superbe sur la plage et au calme en dehors de la ville, Centre de thalasso magnifique ! Activités variées pour petits et grands. Hotel à recommander sans réserve. Mounira van Buel / Suisse Seul inconvénient au moment du paiement la carte Visa Suisse (à puce et signature) ne passe pas dans leur système.

Oui absolument , il eatit un excelent sejour malgre la courte duree . mais pour moi je vais planifier le retour a cet hotel au printemps C est tre bien , surtout le service lors de diner c est un bon service et bon gout

Sur un séjour en tunisie de 10 jours de monastir à monastir en passant par tabarka bizerte tunis port el kantaoui c'est le meilleur hotel que nous avons le plus apprécier.grande chambre moderne,trés bonne cuisine,piscine plage,bien .pour un prix trés résonnable et moin chère que dans le sud.c'était en octobre...

Le cadre que je connaissais déjà est exceptionnel. La conception architecturale s'inscrit bien dans le paysage. Les piscines et leur plage se prolongent presque naturellement dans la mer, ce qui rend le cadre reposant. Les abords et le jardin sont soigneusement entretenus. Les chambres sont très confortables et l'intérieur de l'hôtel est bien tenu. Le centre thalassothérapie est bien équipé, le personnel compétent et accueillant. L'accueil est extrêmement chaleureux et serviable. Rien ne nous a déplu. Les repas bien que copieux et variés manquaient d'un peu d'originalité (par exemple dans le choix des épices) pour un hôtel 5 étoiles

Cinque giorni di inizio primavera trascorsi in totale relax in un ambiente piacevole circondato da una cornice naturale molto bella. E' stato un ottimo punto di partenza per andare alla scoperta delle zone montane circostanti. Esperienza da consigliare.

cuisine soignée, chambres décorées avec goût, soins spa de grande qualité; personnel souriant et efficace le mini-bar vide à l'arrivée... qu'on peut faire remplir moyennant un paiement de 3 dinars en plus du prix des boissons!! Jamais vu ça dans aucun hôtel, c'est super mesquin. Par ailleurs, concernant la piscine de l'hôtel pas d'endroit pour déposer chaussures et vêtements... pas très hygiénique car des personnes marchent donc autour de la piscine avec leurs chaussures

Le lieu est sublime. L'hôtel dispose d'une large vue sur la mer. Les prestations de l'hôtel sont très bonnes dans l'ensemble. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue donnant sur la mer est sublime. Pour les golfeurs, le parcours est magnifique. J'ai eu un véritable coup de coeur pour la région. Les bonnes prestations de l'hôtel dans l'ensemble ont gommé les quelques couacs du a un personnel des restaurants totalement a la rue. Un dîner dans le restaurant a la carte de l'hôtel a duré une éternité, nous avons patienter 3h pour venir a bout d'un dîner pas vraiment a la hauteur. Allez au buffet au moins vous en aurez pour votre argent.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, ein sehr schönes und gut geführtes Hotel. Auch das Essen ist zu empfehlen. Leider ist mir, erst zu Hause, aufgefallen, dass die Rechnungsumme nicht mit der Reservierung übereinstimmt. Habe das Hotel kontaktiert und um Erstattung des Differnzbetrages (75,00 €) gebeten. Ich dies wird ohne Komplikationen passieren. Falls nicht würde ich mich bei Ihnen melden.
