The Sindbad

The room was very comfortable,it has it's own terrace. I loved the fact that the hotel has it's private beach, the restaurant on the beachside is great,it's one of the best in the city. Finally,the spa in the hotel is a must try.

I didn't like their breakfast that much, not a big variety.

I have a thousand words to express my disappointment. But I won't because it's useless. Next time I will just remember that nothing in Tunisie works like expected. Particularly, telling about The Sindbad Hotel, table tennis and wi-fi internet. And hot water. And everything else. It's the best from the worst though. Anyway I somehow managed to have a good time so my dissapointment about the hotel didn't completely spoil my vacation.

Excellent resort - nice location, good food, modern rooms. Great value on the low season discount we got. I think it was probably cheaper than the shared dorm we have now in Berlin!

The beach in front of the hotel (and actually the whole of Tunisia) needs a good rubbish clean up. Its not really the resorts fault (but they could do something locally to improve it), but there was always a bit of rubbish floating in the sea when we went out swimming, and its unsightly when it washes up on the beach.

The staff was nice, the room was nice, we had minor problems here and there but they were fixed not quickly though.

I loved the culture and lanscaping.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité globale des prestations avec 2 piscines chauffées, une vue splendide et un service quasi parfait. Le buffet complet est aussi très agréable.

Difficile de trouver un point négatif, en dehors de la texture des gaufres, plutot locale !

Como curiosidad comentar que el personal del Hotel nos dijo que los Reyes de España se habían alojado allí las veces que han ido. Cosas estupendas: La habitación. Era estandar, pero preciosa, enorme, muy bonita y de estilo morisco. Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido poder pedir el desayuno en la habitación y tomarlo entre palmeras en la terraza de nuestro propio dormitorio. La piscina climatizada es maravillosa, y el restaurante de la playa, fantástico. El personal es muy amable y hacen esfuerzos por entenderte, de todas formas, si sabes inglés, por poco que sea, no hay problema alguno. Las hamacas de la playa, con una persona pendiente de ti... Ha sido maravilloso.

El Spa no está incluído en el precio y cuando vas debes llevar el dinero encima porque no lo cargan en tu cuenta de la habitación. La cena es sólo hasta las 21, pero, en honor a la verdad, si no llegas a tiempo te la llevan a tu habitación.

La qualité de l'accueil et du service du personnel, le calme et le charme de l'hôtel.

De ligging is zeer fraai pal aan het strand. Voor golfliefhebbers is het een ideaal hotel. Uitstekende verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit.

La spiaggia e' vicinissima e il servizio(lettino/tele di mare) e' gratuito. La musica live al bar vicino alla piscina crea un'atmosfera romantica ed elegante.Le stanze sono grandissime ed ogni stanza ha un tv.

Le bibite non sono incluse nel hb (half board) e sono abbastanza care.Una telefonata dalla stanza costa incredibilmente cara (4,50euro per circa 2 minuti sono eccessive!)
