Hotel Tiba  

It is a rather new hotel, rooms are cosy and confortable. Staff is pleasant and helpful. A decent breakfast and a fast internet connection. The best hotel in Tunisia in terms of quality vs price.

Windows are low quality, noise pass trough. It is in the city center, so the view depending on the room may be on a wall.

Great location. Good value for the money. Breakfast better than expected.

Staff spoke very little English and seemed indifferent about customer service. On first day the shower in my room flooded the room and even the hallway. Water was everywhere! I told the front desk and they were able to fix the problem.

according to the evaluation from those being in this hotel before me ,i chose it and find very comfy,clean ,staff cooperative and location is excellent

Hard to communicate with the staff. They do not speak English so could not explain even how to go to the nearest station so I was lost. Taxi driver from airport did not know the hotel so it took time to go there. On the way back, the staff arranged a taxi for me but he cheated charge.

We liked the new and clean bathroom, it was quite in the hotel. The breakfast was simply but good! A modern television. Their is airco and when it's cold you can put the heating on.

Petty that the wifi wasn't working. Their is no cafetaria or place to sit with a few people together. Just a few chairs at the reception.

Great location, near the medina and shops. Very clean and welcoming.

Booked a mini suite with a balcony but on arrival discovered that NONE of the mini suites come with a balcony. Noise, during the night, from adjacent rooms (shouting and loud TV was intolerable.

The staff are very sweet and helpful. The housekeeper and chambermaids are personable and efficient. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was adequate as a continental breakfast. The price for the city center is very good and the hotel is nicer than far more expensive hotels in the district -- I know I have stayed at them also.

They need to improve the internet. It is good enough for a tourist but lacks a little if you need it for business. The Wi-Fi fades in and out. They should add some channels to their television -- only news offering was bbc. Al Jazeera English and cnn International or France 24 English and French would be good too. And maybe a couple of movie channels?

A new hotel in the center of Tunis, close to everything, rooms are clean, staff very friendly, free wifi.

Isolation betwee rooms is really poor.

Central Location near medina,souks Modern Design of Common Areas and Bedrooms Very clean hotel !!!!

Shower very small..resulting in the water control lever continuously shutting off as I was turning around in the shower.Also no holder in the shower for soap, shampoo etc... No facilities for keeping the "hot foods hot" in the breakfast area (Cold scrambled eggs are very unappetizing folks!!)

Comfortable room though it is a bit too small. Very clean and modern room. Good location, just next to the main street, but quiet at night.

The staff is not friendly enough. The check-out time is 12nn, and they reminded me 3 times in the morning!! 1030 - knock on the door and a nice reminder, which is OK 1100 - phone call to remind me to leave before 12nn 1130 - rudely saying i have to leave now!

There was no iron in the whole hotel really made laughed. And there was no kettle.

My comment was about internet connection as it did not work with me.

This is my second stay so I obviously like the place... as far as there are no demonstrations all over Bourgeiba avenue which was the case througout my stay :)
