Vincci Flora was fairly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was very positive for us.

If they open a double-wing of the big garden gate would be good. Because I was forced to migrate our rental car.

The hotel was in a great location only metres from the Medina where there are shops and restaurants, the beach is also only a short walk away and you walk right up to the marina. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and and helpful. The food was the best food I have had from a hotel in Tunisia and this is comparing to a 5*! The rooms were just right and the beds nice and comfy, also the bar prices were not too steep.

I think anywhere you go in Tunisia- outside of the hotels you need to be prepared for the locals who are trying to get you to buy things from them or get you to their shops, you can be harassed 10 times within 10 minutes- as long as you are prepared for this then you will be fine. Also travelling in November, and April the weather is very unpredictable.

Good value for money

Room was not that clean, breakfast was poor and in noisy area. Pool was not heated. In the area there are little good restaurants, beach was dirty and almost all salesmen are annoying and pushy.

The great service at the reception provided by Mr.Mohammed(Friendly,professional and efficient).

Food and drinks were fairly priced and good. Comfort is one of the best I have ever seen. Staff was incredibly friendly and helping. Internet is not charged like other hotels.

Rooms and linens can be cleaner. More qualified goods can be used in the bathroom. (specifically water supply by any means in the closet is obligatory, no matter how different the domestic culture has habits of). Wi-Fi can be available in the rooms. I can pay extra few bucks for that. Queen size beds shall be available.

Good is the size and generally the location, however the fact that it is rather away from the beachfront caused a relative lot of mosquitos to be buggering us, and the food selection was really limited and boring.

Well, staff is not the friendliest and best trained, cockroaches in the room from the first to the last day, once I forgot my wallet in the room, it was recovered, but the staff had managed to remove all cash from it first ! well trained cleaning ladies, beware!

The hotel is in the touristic resort of Hammamet, very clean room with clean bathroom (towels provided), comfortable bed, small tv, balcony with nice view, free internet in the lobby only, breakfast and diner included (both buffets, food was ok but not great - I was expecting even lower quality for the price I paid). All for 20 Euros/night !! (could not believe it, although it was the low season with the news from Tunisia not very conforting at that time). So the price/quality is excellent. It is a pitty that the hotel does accept kids otherwise I would have returned with the family!

notre chambre était pas loin de l'ascenseur et son bruit était gênant surtout la nuit.

Très bien. Hôtel a dimensions humaines.Excellents buffets du dîner comme du petit déjeuner. Calme assure. Vraiment un bon moment de détente, sans compter un excellent rapport qualité prix !!!

Rien. Un petit peu plus d'indications ( pancartes ) nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver.

On est devenu presque des clients fidèles de cet hôtel, toujours la même satisfaction, chambres simples mais très propres et confortables, petit déjeuner copieux, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Il est temps de changer la veille télé dans la chambre. Quelques petites traces de peinture décollées à la SdB.

Preciser si vous etes un couple car sinon vous risquez de faire comme nous et de demander a changer car deux petits lits pas top du tout !!!seul bemol ainsi que les draps parfois courts!!

Comme à chaque fois le restaurant, à taille humaine, très agréable. Un hôtel qui n'est pas une "usine à gaz".

الاستقبال لا يليق باجنبي بقينا ساعة كاملة السبب هو شككو في مصداقية بوكينق الشركة الرائدة والمسولون غائبون تماما المطعم ان لم تلتحق عند الفتح مباشرة ينفذ كل شيئ تنضيف الغرف لم يتم تماما تلفاز نوع قديم بدون اداة التحكم الغرف التي استقلناها مقابل جدار بينما الاروبي مقابل حمام السباحة ملاحضة على شركة بوكينق ان تجعل لنفسها قيمة في الفنادق ليس مجرد حجز فقط نحن نفتخر بالشركة

ATTENTION, nous avons noté une baisse de qualité dans la restauration, le buffet du soir et le soin du service. Nous avons déjà abandonné cet hôtel pendant toute une période à cause de cela. Merci de vérifier les buffets.

L'accueil chaleureuse, la nourriture chaude et délicieuse. L'hôtel très propre.

Franchement, je ne peux dire rien de négatif car nous avons tout aimé.
